Dr Berg I am listening to this video again sitting in the Doctor’s office waiting to discuss some type of bone infusion therapy I know I’m not going to take. I take one of the 5 year pills (Anastrozole) after a lumpectomy last March. I did a bone density test prior to starting the pill and my bone density was improved. I’m not agreeing to bone therapy infusion. This office has had no contact with me and scheduled me for this on Thursday of this week. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I will update afterwards. Thank you for your information you provide to us. 🥰❤️🙏🏾

but Dr… we eat everything daily… how do we know what our body needs and not need…. sometimes the foods that we eat daily are included multiples types of nutrients…. it’s very hard to know which nutrients our body need and not need and separate the nutrients of the foods that we eat out and only eat the nutrients that our body need!!!! it’s a very hard job for doing that!!!

Therefore, why are doctors prescribing calcium for people?

I just talked to my MD about ‘moving calcium from arteries back into bone’ after a new diagnosis of Osteopenia & Osteoporosis. She said that’s an old theory. She said the calcium in arteries is there b/c it lays on top of the plaque to Stabilize the plaque & reduce risk the risk of the plaque breaking off. If anybody has knowledge on this theory please comment. Personally, I’m going with Dr Berg recommends b/c I’m certainly not taking Prolia as she’s suggesting, but I’m curious about the Dr.’s response about the role of Calcium in arteries.

Sodium Borate Decahydrate , Borax for calcification of the soft tissue and many other things ... and don't drink water treated with any of the Halogens or use Fluoride toothpaste... It's a deliberate policy of the pain industry and has been being done to us for decades
You can download this 9 page document in PDF form ' The Borax conspiracy by Walter Last ..How the Arthritis cure has been stopped.

This essential micro-nutrient is soooo much more than just a suppliment, and which our deprivation of can be nothing other than deliberate, finding out this info over 10 years ago has profoundly changed my life. please read and believe it to be true.

Consuming the diet you advocate raises your LDL and ApoB linked to CVD. Higher incidence of CVD with osteoporosis. So be careful on this! It's not black and white!

Can you do prolonged fasting while being osteopenia? I feel like I need to eat all the nutrients, and take pills D3, K2, etc, in order to absorb calcium to not advance the disease. Please tell me what your suggestion is! Thank you!

I picked up on the importance of K2 some time ago on one of your vids. I was diagnosed with Osteopenia two years ago at one of the regular full body bone scans offered free to all Australians over a certain age. When I saw the vid I added K2 to my daily D3 and Calcium. Just had my second two-yearly bone scan and my bones show a marked improvement. Thanks Dr Berg!

I am very disabled from severe spinal stenosis and arthritis, and cannot do weight bearing exercises, though I do other exercises, mostly lying down. My diet is right. I am 89 with osteopenia about 8 years ago, maybe now osteoporosis. Have had frequent falls recently, due to lack of balance, but so far notbroken anything. What more can I do? I am also living with recently diagnosed breast cancer, and the medications I am offered take oestrogen out of the body.

I just found out I have ostepenia and immediately went and look for a supplement from you. Dairy is tough because of inflammation for me. Would you recommend this product Calcium Supplement - Whole Food with Vitamin K2 & D3, Magnesium, Zinc, Boron, Mineral Complex. Sourced Sustainably from Red Algae. for Bone Strength and Support. Non-GMO & Vegan 90 Capsules. OR something else? I am on your liquid D2/K2 and your magnesium. Thanks so much.

All women should get a bone scan at peak density in mid 30's and again in early 50's or at BEGINNING of menopause. Shocked to find out I have osteoporosis at age 61 despite walkng daily hilly 2 mile walk since my mid 30s and whole food organic diet for 31 years/alway whole food. No risk factors other than chronic illness/fibromyalgia. Never drank, smoked, no steroids or PPIs/pharma. No doctor recommended this to me. I had to ask for it age 61 after reading those with fibro are at higher risk.

To my knowledge the only diet proven to reverse arthlesclerosis of the arteries is Esselstyn's plant based no oil diet. If those with osteoporosis indeed have calcification of the arteries, than eating all those animal products would not be good. Please refer to research-- cholestrol LDL definitely increases with animal products has been my my experience.

Important to faccilitate D3's function, is Magnesium. Mg is for example used up when Calcium is taken up in the gut, as well as when VitD3 is activated in liver and kidneys.

Ive been able to restore my lower spine to completely normal from having osteoporosis 3 years ago.
But nothing has changed in my left hip😊it's an entirely different animal. All the right nutrients wont do anything unless its backed up with physical action that tells the bone " i need to be stronger" . It doesn't seem to stimulate the hip.

I take an Aromatase Inhibitor after I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. My oncologist’s nurse and the oncology pharmacist both told me I should be taking a calcium supplement, specifically calcium carbonate, since the AI can increase the risk of osteoporosis. I knew from watching Dr. Berg’s videos that this was not the best option so I asked my family doctor his thoughts. He said, “Don’t take calcium supplements, they clog your arteries and can increase your risk of kidney stones.” Glad I have a smart doctor, along with Dr. Berg of course.😊
