Ответитьgood job looking good.
ОтветитьLong live the "Toaster King"! Great video Jim, that pot roast turned out wonderful looking and I bet wonderful tasting too!
ОтветитьWow, Jim!! You took an ordinary chuck roast and turned it into a dish for the king and queen! It's amazing how you use that toaster oven to make meals no one could imagine could be done in such a device!
Ответитьu amaze me with what u can do with that toaster oven,,,,,this was a down home meal for sure jim, good job
ОтветитьLooks damn good Jim. Great job doing that in the toaster oven. That's a winner!
ОтветитьTinMan you are the very reason why i am now the proud owner of a brand new toaster oven! Really cool how you made this dish in one. Looks great!!
ОтветитьReal nice Jim! Hearty comfort food!
ОтветитьLooks good to me! Nice
Ответитьyour video . i tried this the other day but i bought what i thought was going to fit a toaster oven and when i came home it was just a bit to large. i will have to find a pan and then try it
ОтветитьMmmmmmm mmm YOU ~ ROCK ! !
ОтветитьGreat video! I tried this last night and it worked perfectly. A few substitutions I made were using chunks of onions with the potatoes, instead of using cream of mushroom I poured in some of a stout beer, I used a premixed steak and grill seasoning and crushed red pepper flacks as the dry rub, and I shoved some halved garlic cloves in the meat in slots i cut.
It turned out amazing! Thanks for the inspiration!
maybe a quick sear on that roast first
ОтветитьI love your videos man. Good stuff. My toaster oven is a bit small, so I made this on my stove top with a round roast (seasoned and seared on all sides) and it came out amazing! I let it simmer for 2.5 hours or so and added the taters and carrots about halfway through. It came out perfect and the mushroom soup makes a great kind of gravy to drizzle all over it. I saved what was left of the soup and reheated it in a pan the next day for lunch. Yum! I need to get a bigger toaster oven so I can try it this way sometime.
ОтветитьI just made this, Was delicious and easy for my first attempt. Am very new to all this and find your recipes are easy and uncomplicated. Keep those toaster oven recipes coming. Thanks

ОтветитьThis video was extremely helpful! Thank you!
ОтветитьLess water added would have helped. Roasts give off lots of liquid.
Ответитьi fixed this and it was good
ОтветитьWhen you took that bite 🤤 It made my mouth water!!! 😁😁😁 Thank you for the video, extremely helpful 👏👏
ОтветитьHey Timbo, I've watched this probably 5 times now, i always get inspired to do this recipe when i watch it. i have a roast getting it ready to cook for my family tonight. this recipe of yours ALWAYS turns out well too, thanks for doing what you do bro
ОтветитьThese would be better if you put simple temp and time text on screen as you close the door on the toaster. You don't reveal the cook temp here til after the first hour!
ОтветитьTrying this one now. Sure making the house smell good 🙂
ОтветитьWow😊
ОтветитьAmazing!!
ОтветитьDid you set your toaster oven to broil or bake? Great video thank you
ОтветитьHOW CAN THAT POT ROAST LOOKED BROWN WITH FOIL ON IT??????? MINE TURNED OUT STEAMED DISCUSTING LIQUID LIVER TASTE I THRU IT OUT?...
ОтветитьCan't wait to try this method !!!
ОтветитьNext time don't add a can of water to the soup.. D
Just use it concentrated. You had way too much liquid.
They way you use your toaster oven helps me realize its possibilities. I thought your roast would never cook . . . but it did!!
ОтветитьTrying it today!!!!
ОтветитьI hate the way real cooking stinks the whole place up for three days, so I dragged the toaster oven out on the deck and gave this a try. It worked beautifully, leaving the smell outside. I poured some bad Chianti into the glass pan, cut this giant sweet onion in half for the pan bottom, laid the chuck roast on top and covered it all with foil. My thermometer was better than yours and it reached 145 in just two hours. I let it set without uncovering it and it came out really tender and good without melting away all the fat and turning it into a hockey puck. Thanks for the tip on toaster ovens. You are a true pioneer for the rest of us sandwich eaters.
ОтветитьGreat cooking.
ОтветитьThanks for the video, and the audio of enjoyment is what I got to look forward to in the next 3/4 hours!
Merry Xmas 2022, buddy!
I tried this yesterday.. 3hrs a@ 400F.. it came out lovely 😋
Thanks 🙏🏽
The only seasoning you used was the soup and seasoning salt? It looks like you've added a few herbs after plating.
I have, of course, tried similar roasts in my crock pot, but I'm looking forward to trying this in my toaster oven now. It's a seriously underappreciated appliance!
Next.. While Turkey in Easy bake Oven! Serious, though, I am cooking one in my Toaster Oven right now.
ОтветитьThank You
