To me, they are, and always have been a sort of "Ponzi Scheme" for lazy, talentless, entitled people that want to bilk some gullible soul out of untold amounts of money! They are a major setback for many fledgling digital artists just trying to market their works legitimately!

The guys who buy NFTs I have 2 options buy a house or buy a homer simpson combined to pepe frog pokemon card ownership. HOMER PEPE CARD HERE I COME!!!

It’s not dumb you gotta understand its just like a physical art piece, just its in digital way thats in your phone or computer. Why dont people understand this? the NFT is put out into the website or open sea where ever you could buy it. There’s a twist, you dont know what art your getting, and sometimes they have some sneak peeks but still if your copying it as a jpeg and saving it you wont be able to sell it, since you dont have a receipt to prove you own it. And to know if you own the NFT it would be on the secondary market which would be Magic Eden, Opensea or any other website that you can sell your NFT with something called a Wallet Address which is a receipt to how you bought it. They call it having it in the blockchain. If you dont have that Wallet address you wont be able to sell it because its proof that you bought the NFT when it was launched. A JPEG copy and paste is not gonna get you that resell value. Y’all understand it is not dumb now i tried explaining how NFTs and a JPEG copy and paste are not the same…
