@chase - If I use a subdomain from the customer's regular route domain (i.e. not purchasing a new domain) will it affect any of their emails or website?

After doing this, is there anything else needed to keep a good reputation? Dmarm, dkim, stuff like that (stuff I know nothing about). Thanks!

When sending emails for a client (database reactivation), Can you create a subdomain for the client using your own DNS records from your website. Or do you need access to the clients website to create the subdomain from their own DNS records.

Currently struggling to understand, what I would need from the client if I wanted to send emails on their behalf for a D.R. Campaign. Please let me know your thoughts!
