Ответить£500 billy bargain
ОтветитьHopefully with the fuel pump quill shaft and possibly two working fuel pumps you'll get the old girl up and running in no time.
ОтветитьLike the simple language and explanations, even I could follow and attempt the same with confidence 👍🤞
ОтветитьGreat insight thinking of getting something similar 👏
Ответитьthank you, got here in germany a series III, swb petrol, from 1977
ОтветитьDoing a good job with the restoration, good luck with the fuel pump.
ОтветитьGreat job on that rear end!
ОтветитьCrossmember looks 👌🏼
ОтветитьSweet vid!
ОтветитьIt's not colder bloody car it's called a truck use your knowledge as a Land Rover owner if you're that what's it online Rovers you know that be called trucks and not cars
ОтветитьLoving the content and style . How about a longer episode next time ?
ОтветитьNice welding, will you be waxoiling the chassis at some point?
ОтветитьGreat knowledge man, enjoying this project 👌
ОтветитьKeep the videos coming, cheers 👍
ОтветитьKeep 'em coming. I'm restoring a 109 at the moment, and this is all useful information 👍
ОтветитьGreat stuff so far, I would not use sandpaper anywhere near to a vehicle. Get some wet and dry, carborundum paper, many different grades of grit.
ОтветитьNever came across you before. Liking your style, Can't do that stuff anymore but i am enjoying watching you do it well. Thanks for video.👍
ОтветитьWell-done you. Keep it up
ОтветитьIt’s not enough for Landy owners to just work on their own rigs!
ОтветитьThat was lucky grabbing the broken bits out 👍
Ответитьhi retro mechanic just found your channel a great channel by the way just to let u know there is a great stores warehouse for range rovers \ landrovers series 2 and 3 parts and i do believe they even do mail order delivery as well as u can go there check em out i used to use them all the time for rr and landrovers i owned great vlogs and i be tuning in in furture good luck sir
ОтветитьYour content, production and presentation style is making the resto a great watch. Keep up the good work👍
ОтветитьPlease, please do not use a grinder without the guard on it, and if you budget allows get yourself a grinding face shield, I have been in fabrication and construction for 40 + years and have seen some horrendous injuries caused by grinders
ОтветитьGood content. Welcome to the LR Owners poverty club!
ОтветитьWhat a great episode - love the presentation style and obviously love the Land Rover 😎
ОтветитьWell…
These videos are goin to be so informative for future generations…
When they goin to ask us… „did you really put a burning liquid into your cars..? And WHY ..?😂“…
In a museum tour in the next hundred years or so … I’m guessing… 😅😂😊
Oh in case you wander … I own a Landy too 😂😂😂
Please drop the background " music" whilst you are taking. It's difficult to hear what you are saying.
ОтветитьWhenever I've cut chassis pieces out I've always sprayed phosphoric acid liberally inside the exposed section then rinsed and repeated - helps stop the rust spreading further. Finally once repairs are completed - waxoyl the heck out of it.
ОтветитьFellow Land Rover enthusiast here 😁 with a Series 3 Lightweight 😎 Loving your videos and looking forward to the next one 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
ОтветитьLike your style of video, logical and thoughtful. Peace and goodwill
ОтветитьGreat videos
ОтветитьConcur with @williamwales! I too appreciate very much when stuff like this is done well! This is how to do it 👍
ОтветитьYou need to remember to use the guard on your angle grinder using the thin cutting discs same as you would using a grinding disc.
Ответить495 to much had a couple no chaissy flexibility check for cracks if they get uneven they blow diffs is it worth the bother
ОтветитьNice fab work and great beads on your welding for DIY but for the love of God get rid of that grille and chuck it in the canal! The same goes for the rest of the chequer plate nastiness.
ОтветитьGreat job!!
ОтветитьBetter than I could do. Looking forward to getting it started.
