Damn you are still not getting it... You don't make sense.... I can trash all these reasons in a very short time, theres better channels to watch about this, zzzzzzzzzzz😴😴😴😴😴
ОтветитьAs a danish person i can comfirm thats NOT TRUE! Denmark is a lovely place
ОтветитьKinda like moving to any new culture and language area….there are these same things.
Ответитьeasier to say that if a person is from a big city from US, they might not want to live there. Have seen this happen with all these online remote workers in the US that moved out of metro areas to small towns during pandemic and now moving back to Metro since they are tired of the small town life
ОтветитьBeen there once but the alcohol consumption is out of control and almost normalized....that combined with the fishy diet and lack of tolerable weather makes it a "special" place for "special people".....not for us......
ОтветитьWhat i don't get. If American has lived for serveral years in Danmark. They speak Danish with an American accent. Are they practicing their Danish pronounction?
ОтветитьToo many and too many of the wrong people have moved there!
ОтветитьIt sounds a bit like you only have experience from the big city. In Denmark, many will think you have become snobs. Practice that you haven't tried the culture in Denmark's smaller cities. Your video sounds like you have experienced too little in the country. But ok, I respect your experiences in the big city, I just think it's a shame that you haven't had time to experience "outside Denmark" Unfortunately, your loss, hugs from here Lolland
ОтветитьIt sounds great. I'll be over in the next 3 months with my friend Fatima and ishmail _ cheers!
ОтветитьSound like a snobby bunch
ОтветитьOk, the accent thing is kinda true. But my teacher who is also american isn't really good at speaking danish even though he has lived in denmark longer than me and has speaken danish for longer than me. But people from parts of denmark like Bornholm, Jutland, Funen and Zealand, they are pretty different from ecahother but people often manage, so that is why we aren't good at those other accents like American which I personally find funny.
ОтветитьEven for long visits (I stayed for 3 months) this video is perfect for preparing for potential culture shock. Great list.
Ответитьall my adult life denmark been my second home from aarhus to kolding. maybe im not meant to live there. i just cant. people are nice but there are only one or 2 in a month if i were lucky i met one that talk.
ОтветитьComplete nonsense
Ответитьreal downer of video
ОтветитьJylland and Sjælland is where you will find major differences for Danes, so you should also find the comfort zones, I feel like Jylland is easy going than Sjælland, and I'm saying that as a Dane that only lived on Jylland, but visits Sjælland during summer
ОтветитьDrunk danes get all those crazy ideas that make them rich - like 'lets build some wind mills' - 'lets make some building bricks (lego)' - 'lets help fat people and make insulin from pigs' - so it is ...
Ответитьman you two are so lost and so do not belong there
ОтветитьJeg har været i Danmark mere end 10 år, men det danske sprog er stadig barnligt. 😂
ОтветитьDon’t move to Denmark if you are a bragger or show off. Being modest and underplaying your success and wealth is Paramount in Denmark. Actually, that video that you showed was not Norway, but it was the Faroe Islands I believe
Ответить1. Poor healthcare
2. Poor quality of education
3. We torture handicapped
4. We torture the elderly
5. We torture the mentally ill
6. Poor justice systems
7. Corruption
8. Bad public transportation
You are better off in Norway or Sweden! Stay far away from Denmark.
When I visited family and traveled around Denmark for a month, it was absolutely wonderful! The drinking thing definitely caught me a little off guard (my great aunt kept refilling my drink while i wasnt looking HA) and my cousins had told me how their after school activity is to go to a bar. Theyre in middle-highschool age range! I had a few conversations with locals but i have a feeling that’s because i was attracting attention with my bright pink hair and loud clothing style. That and I needed help getting in and out of building/public transport due to my wheelchair/crutches. Everyone was genuinely very friendly!
ОтветитьAs a native Dane I foundthis video to be spot on.
Ответитьyou said u can't go skiing every year, isn't denmark like right besides sweden? Couldn't u go there to ski?
Ответитьthe title is absolute shit. maybe delete the ''Do NOT Move to Denmark'' because youre making it seem like it isnt top 5 best countries to live.
Ответитьjeg er ret vild med jeres indslag-. det er altid sjovt og lærerigt når andre ser og kommentere på en vaner og kultur.
ОтветитьHej 😂
ОтветитьI left Denmark in 2003 for Sweden, became a natural Swedish citizen in 2008 and renounced my Danish citizenship. I will never return to Denmark to live. For some, Denmark may be the place for them, but it never was for me.
ОтветитьHello you guys! I am just passing thru ur channel, I am wondering if either of you are of Danish descent?
Ответитьdenmarrrrrrrrk!
Ответитьhej jeg kommer fra danamrk(svar hvis oi forstå)
Ответитьdanish person here.... i hope both sides of your pillow is warm for the rest of your lifes
ОтветитьI know that theirs people who are trying to make a movement in denmark that wants to make danish people more friendly which is very important in culture and can help with happiness and such
ОтветитьAs an american I don't mind these I'm in my house a lot from sunlight and learned to live with it doesn't mean I still go out and get sunlight when I feel like it even though I should do it when I can in denmark so I can handle that and such as I don't mind alcohol.
ОтветитьI’m from Germany and listening to this video I think I’d like it here and it wouldn’t be too different from home -
ОтветитьCopenhagen is not the whole Denmark. Ok,- the weather is the same. 50 shade of gray. Long days in sommer is the best. Taste of home, yea. Same the other way around. Out there, there are simply no good bread, and Remoulade. Have to go back at least every 1 month. Alcohol: Any party without alcohol is artificial. Yes, a good friendship here is a privilege. Not for given. We want to know the doode before we conect. No, the first reason for not going to Denmark would be, if you succeed, you will have to turn in 60% of your earnings / salary to the public tax. (more if you calculate all in) no 2 would be, you will be soooo controlled in all you want to do. There are sooo many rules to follow, regardless what you want to do. Build a house, fly a plane, drive a car, just having a job, or family. Welfare is good, byt that law, and the tax law fills 90% of all lawmaking in DK. Only thing not regulated by law is how to breath the fresh free air in west Denmark. Witch 3 Mio German tourist enjoy every year.
ОтветитьI have lived in Denmark for 23 years and the quality of life is great… BUT… oh my god you pay for it in super high taxes.
You guys are so right about the number of daylight hours, it’s a real killer.
Hvem kan tale dansk her?
👇
well well well i have no choice cause i was born in Denmark and yeah the WEATHER SUCKS exept in the Summer
ОтветитьJust imagine the UV index actually being 0 5 months a year😅
ОтветитьYes!!!! We absolutely are going to try to force alcohol on you, make no mistake. But, if you're adamant that you really don't want any, after having been asked 2-3 times, we're cool with that too. Just checking, if you're absolutely sure.
Bragging.... no. We don't do too much of it. Successful people don't need to. They just are. So when it comes to boasting, 9 out of 10 times we're gonna know you're full of BS. And we're not buying. The one time we may be wrong, we're going to assume we're right, because otherwise, why run around boasting, and not just be successful?
i live in danmark yoou are so real but but there is so many girls they are pretty asf bliud
ОтветитьDenmark Copenhagen is very kind
ОтветитьCopenhageners do like being social, but you have to approach them like you would a dog. Your friend bursting out at that poor Cashier was like a kid running up to a tied up Golden retriever and going "Ooga booga!". I make it work by smiling, nodding at them and not asking them anything, but making an observation about the environment. Its the same on the bus, train or anywhere in general.
