ОтветитьI felt like doing something different this rising because i usually do the deep stretch yoga which is around 40 min long. This practice was quick and very effective, i feel great!😁

I'm a relatively fit person but I have diastasis recti and was wondering if you could do an ab or core workout video around this. I normally just modify any moves that feel uncomfortable for my abs but it would be awesome if you knew of any yoga moves that work to bring the abs together gently.
