Things to do right after your Australia visa grant

Hi Vijeta.
I'm a Malaysian currently in Kuala Lumpur that just received his visa 189 grant from the Department of Home Affairs in April 2023.
My question is this - do I need anything else before I fly from Malaysia to Australia (example - ETA) or is the visa grant document with the visa grant number sufficient?

I had granted a temporary skilled visa 476 on 15 jan 2020 and I bought a ticket for come to australia on 2 April 2020 but due travel restrictions I couldn't come to australia and my must not arrive aftrer(MNAA) date is 15/7/ 2021 , if travel restrictions are continoued then can I eligible for extend my visa ? Please confirm it as soon as possible.

Hi, in 491 visa, it is stated that we can live in any regional area. My doubt it, example, if I’m coming to Tasmania and for a month if I didn’t the job, is that ok to move to any other state’s regional area? What are the steps do we need to take to move from one state to another while we are in 491 visa.
