How New Super Mario Bros TRIGGERS You!

New Super Mario Bros. is forgettable because it lacks in an identity. Instead of being inspired by Mario Bros. 3 and World, it literally steals elements from those games and makes something that looks and plays a bit different but feels too much of the same thing!

Something that triggers me are those gosh dang annoying Balloon Boos in 4-Ghost House! The noise they make is so annoying that I literally turned off the volume on my DS!

It pays homage to the Bowser fights in the original Super Mario Bros because there you had 3 options
1) Shoot’m down with fire balls (if you have a fire flower that is).
2) wait for him to jump while avoiding his attacks in order to run under him, and
3) jump over him,
All of these can be done in the first Bowser fight in New Super Mario Bros.

Bowser falling into lava and exposing his skeleton was brutal!
