Check Your Credit Score for FREE in Canada

I know one reason that Borrowell is a different score than Credit Karma is that Borrowell uses the Equifax ERS 2.0 score while Credit Karma is pulling only from Transunion

First when i open the page of borrowell it shows it won't hurt my score but when i checked my score it says borrowell doesn't show any soft inquiry it just shows hard inquiries on my credit score
And it is the first time when i checked my credit score by myself.

847 at age 20.....I was expecting 350

The sad thing is in Canada there is no law for protection of old history. I was denied credit (score 730) based on an old card that was not fully paid off. The card was from 2007. I was told to write the bureau about it by a credit guy. I don;t think that will do anything.

I bank with RBC. They provide me a credit check option on my account.
Do I need to use a 2nd credit check, or is my RBC enough ?
