ОтветитьI love stir fry, but sometimes i notice the veggies contain a lot of water and makes the dish look watery. Do you have suggestions what i can do to reduce it? Usually items like spinach, mushrooms and bok choy contains a lot of water.

Ответитьi was looking for a stir fry recipe for this week's meal prep. i used this one. i had some leftover smoked tofu but i had to throw it out yesterday because it spoiled, so i used plain tofu. i was able to make four meals, but i don't think it will be filling enough, so i am rehydrating dehydrated shiitake mushrooms that i plan to braise later, as i didn't have fresh on hand. i paired this with brown rice that i cooked in my instant pot. as a vegan, i love your recipes! ✌🏿

ОтветитьI just made this and my husband and I loved it, very delicious. Even my daughter loved it. I used honey instead of sugar and I couldn’t find dark soy sauce. I’m definitely making this again.

ОтветитьCame across this recipe and several others in your line up and it has been a success like 3-4 times. That is how many variables i was able to come out of all this. My husband is basically a meat and potatoes man and i have been incorporating more of a vegetarian feel into the mix and he loves it. The recipes are very simple and i enjoy going to the international markets in my community to buy what is needed and then some to have for the next two days. Thank you for sharing ❤.

ОтветитьSmoked Tofu, impossible to find. Ended up having to smoke my own. Used pressed tofu and smoked for 6 hours. I also smoked some x-tra firm tofu that I simmered in brine and lite soy for a few minutes and then pressed and dried before smoking. I used apple wood and cold smoked the tofu.
ОтветитьI can't find smoked tofu. I went to a nice Asian grocery store here in Austin Texas. There were many packages of dark colored tofu but nothing in English. Any pointers???

Tofu is very bad for you. Do not recommend. It is made from Soy which is very bad for you!!! Add beef or chicken or lamb or any meat Not tofu
