No explanation of connections to bms👎I could of watched hundreds of other videos on spot welding and soldering and crap music to boot. Nothing special about this video 👎👎
ОтветитьI didn't hear the mah of each cell, since it is 20 amps with 8p i am guessing each cell is 2500mah.
ОтветитьWell that was useless...no explanation about the bms set up
ОтветитьGood video, a little fast for a beginner, maybe explain the reason behind each move, while creating the series parallel circuit
ОтветитьHi, Could you tell me if you charge the batteries via the BMS board or how do you charge and with what equipment.
ОтветитьHow do you load it?
ОтветитьInteresting. I want to make one myself..But I wish there was a video showing you how to actually make a battery pack. I have searched 100s of videos and they are all the same. Add the batteries, add the BMS board and it's done!!! Which wire goes where? On the BMS what is P+ P- Exactly where and why? What is the tape you use? If this video was an hour long and it took you step by step for dummies. I would watch the whole thing.! 🙂
Ответитьgreat video, that looked so simple build. makes me feel wanna push on my plans on building one. btw, do you have any idea if i build like 6 of these to get 72v ; like 12v ea with the bms on is that something thats okay to put in series with the bms on and so as charging them as well. i know its 4 years late to ask the question , ill just ask anyway
thanks
Here’s a dumb question, that P- and P+ are both discharge and charge, correct?
ОтветитьAwsome video, do you have one on charging this entire pack?
Ответить3 cells in series with 12,6 Volt will not work for a 12 Volt supply. During load discharge the voltage will drop too quickly below 12 Volts. You need 4 cells in series and charge the cells to 14 Volts to make it work.
ОтветитьVery well done!!!
ОтветитьHow do you create a battery without understanding the BMS? What are the cut offs for discharge and charge?
Ответитьthanks for the no music version, and no soldier or lead here. Ni and spot welds. trying the other version to see if, well it is more sober.
ОтветитьGUDDAY SIR, I HAVE A PRBLEM, I HAVE BMS ON MY PACK, 18650 12.6V ITS NOT CHARGING MY PACK, IS 12.4VOLTS FULLCHARGE? THANK U FOR UR REPLY, KEEPSAFE
Ответитьfirst time ive seen such video, ive loads of tthem 18650 as well. Can you buy the whole kit? that board thingy mi bob or some lcd screen with some data ? is that possible?
ОтветитьI need help way it's giving me the output 3.7 volt I connect the same
Ответитьسلام. باتری 3.7 چند آمپری مناسب هست.
متشکرم.
A 100A bms wouldn't be more appropriate? 8 batteries give a lot of Amos I think
ОтветитьToo much in a Hurry!
ОтветитьDo u need a bms?
ОтветитьThanks Wes, that was very helpful man!:)
Ответитьmusic is annoying btw
ОтветитьHow do you charge that?
ОтветитьThen what type of charger we should use to connect the +ve and -ve into the pack?
ОтветитьThis BMS board not get in market
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I want to to build a 12 volt 60 AH battery, how do I increase the watt hours?
ОтветитьGood video but the background music is VERY distracting and sometimes blocks out the presenter's voice. The "without music" link is not operational.
ОтветитьI have 6 cells so can I go with this module
Ответитьgood video shit intro
Ответитьwhat welder, and setting works best? those portable hand spot welders don't work out so well
ОтветитьGreat video content, thanks
ОтветитьLove the music!😎✨👍
ОтветитьWhy doesn't anybody let people know that they have to make sure the batteries are all charged the same voltage?
Without this information you can literally burn your house down!
The maximum number of batteries that can be fitted in this BMS
Ответитьdidn't really explain what the wiring for the bms is about!
Ответитьwhat's the difference between Enhance and Balance version for bms ? thank you
Ответитьcomo se puede hacer un cargador de12.6v 8A para mechero de coche? sería interesante
ОтветитьHi I like to built a lithium battery pack 25,9V 28Ah using 18650 li-ion cells could you help me build this please?
ОтветитьI’m just learning. Does BMS stand for “battery management system?”
ОтветитьHow did you choose your BMS does it have to be 25 amp
ОтветитьThis is the most screwed up video I've almost ever seen can't even hear the guy talk He's got the music so stupid loud What kind of people come up with this stuff Just put music louder than themselves talking and then look at the video before pushing send and say yeah this is good
ОтветитьSir..can you give me a diagram for that??..tnx
ОтветитьI wouldn't advise spot welding to PCB pads. They are thin and could easily delaminate from the board. I'd solder instead. Also nowhere near enough power for an e-bike or "power wall", unless you make a bunch of these, and there's better form factors for bikes. Would also be nice to know how you're using your spot welder (120V or 230V, settings, etc.) - I've seen mixed reviews on those. Nonetheless, thanks for the video.
Ответитьcom 24v 20ah
ОтветитьWhat are the implication of using dissimilar cells with dissimilar Ah ratings?
ОтветитьCan charger with solar panels???
ОтветитьHow do you charge this? can you just have any old 12v dc input into those 2 large red and black wires?
Ответитьhello what kind of charger for this type of battery please?
thank you very much
