Is there a difference at 240 hertz (240fps) in games with g-sync enabled or disabled? Or with so many 240hz frames, does g-sync not matter?

Can't notice a difference between 60 and 250 so pretty certain this won't matter either

is the refresh of this with the desk clamp worth for $300 in 2023? I originally wanted a 240hz monitor for around $200 but all the good deals ended at the beginning of january. the cheapest decent ones are going for around 250-260 right now. So is it worth it to go the extra 40-50 dollars for a 360hz panel?

Those 360 hz ips monitos have a measured response time of 6 ms so they are only fast enough for 170 hz.

Well I got the slightly improved model PG259QNR for sale for $299. I have not recieved it yet but I think I got a good deal.

So its not real 360 hz becuz it has bad color changing and transition.

If variable rfr monitors weren't a thing, 360hz might've been the golden number because it has a lot of factors, so lower framerates act really nicely on it and they can be displayed with 0 stutter (ie. 30, 36, 40, 45, 60, 72, 90, 120 and 180fps). But since we have freesync and g sync, meh.

I'm immo 3 in Valorant. Don't you tell me what I deserve and what not. I'm very close to get into Radiant rank and have beaten many little whiny boys and girls along the way. GIVE ME THAT PERFORMANCE!

I could barely tell the difference between 144 and 240 to be completely honest.
60 to 144? Massive. 144 to 240? A mild at best improvement, not worth more than halving your performance in most games. Especially when the two monitors I tried were 1080p 240hz and 1440p 144hz, 1440p is just so much better visually as well.

I bought an overpowered laptop overseas that was running 360 Hz the whole time. Worked with a couple of my games but as soon as I started up a pixelated game from 7 years ago I was lagging insanely at a lot of parts and felt so much resistance. The only option I could drop it down to was 60 Hz after hours of investigation on the problem and that fixed it. Now I'm here doing my HW with various videos learning about refresh rate.
