it’s nice to see another good meditation, and 3 hours!! if you dig this check out tempesounds it is an amazing meditation master! i found them in 2018 or 2017. they have so many instruments, it’s loaded with really great sessions. it’s hard to find a good channel of meditation bowls, some have ads pass though and that is not ok with me or people speaking. i’ve tried these “live” meditations too. they however stink for me. the chat is open and people keep writing things it too much energy it’s not relaxing or mind therapy. it’s a highway of noise for my ears even tho it’s text. it’s so strange. they type but it’s like i hear them... guess i am going crazy...again lol
