Hey! Big fan, love your art! I just stopped to share my idea for a project you could do in this new spot. When you were showing all of the space you have in here, for some reason I had flashbacks of the city block I grew up on and how my friends and I used to draw hopscotches around the entire thing! We would switch it up with different themes and obstacles to jump over and around and add different characters that stood for different challenges to do along the way(like a bunny means you hop until you land on another character). Kind of like a board game but we were the pieces. Instead of throwing a rock on a square to skip we used big foam dice to know how many spaces to move. I hope that all make sense. I think it would be so cool if you did something like this with paint on your neverending amount of floor space. You could even make it into a series since it would be so large. You could also make up your own challenges for every character you include and do some painting challenge videos using the hopscotch once its all done! Art block hopscotch! Haha! Also I'm sure your daughter would love to play on it if she is ever hanging out with you while you work. Again love your videos man, keep it up!

Working in many dated warehouses for 20 plus years, I can tell you where to start... LEAKS... Fix those leaks quick, replace any old trough style gutters that rust out creating an indoor waterfall. A leak is a sign of worse to come...

A cardboard cutout page in a fantasy book goes on the roller door to hang in place for a transitional scene when you open it. Colour in the filling to walk in or a greenscreen to place over where you where from the cardboard. The purple at the old place, man looked a dream.

You should create an artist in residence program. You have plenty of room for RVs outside plus you get automatic 24 hour security. Im sure you would have a lineup if you took in 3 a month at 1k per artist. They pay.

That huge industrial door is actually a fire door. Back en a rope would be on it holding it open then once the rope burns it would slam the door shut hence why the track is on an angle.

Set up camping sites for creatives artists and overlanders to stay for a few days and collaborate with you.
