Aren’t both sexes organized analogous by the rami of the nervus vagus, as the universal biology of all mammals.

Dizzy Gillespie said in an interview that clinching the butt with a kegal helps a trumpeter play high notes! Haha don’t ask me how I know but it 100% works.

This makes sense, and it would be hard for it not to work. Did you check out Merle Winestol's ideas as well? He reveals a set of crazy techniques that can make any woman have the most pleasurable experience of their lives. Be careful before go’ogling him, just don't try it if you don't think you could keep up with her lol.

Your wrong about nipples always being hard during arousal. I don’t know about men but some women can be aroused and will only have hard nipples when they are being touched on the nipple. After I heard this on this podcast I asked other women who agreed, it’s not always the case. I guess this just shows again that we do not talk enough about sex

Wouldn't study on sex worker be quite flawed and that is work not sex entirely. It's very narrow type of sex that sex workers have. Sure it one way a person can have sex by letting a person pay to use them. But how is that compared other sex. For example sex in open relationship, monogamous relationship, dating courtship, app hook up, friend with benefits. Do we no a old study based observing sex worker applies to all forms of sexuality?

I was on painkillers daily for four years which caused daily constipation the entire time. After I detoxed off of them I have had problems getting and keeping an erection, trouble emptying bowels, urinating consistently(dribbling towards the end, weak stream) and just overall dysfunction of my pelvic floor. I even sometimes get a pinching feeling during urination and ejaculation. This goes along with burning while defecating.

I plan on seeing a Dr soon about it but this video has helped me formulate questions for my Dr. Thank you!

As a former recurrent UTI sufferer, mine was a candida issue which was treated with a dietary cleanse, oregano oil and cranberry. Ive been UTI free for over 10 years since that cleanse. Another low risk ‘treatment’ to try if antibiotics don’t work for you, which was my case after being hospitalized with a kidney infection.

Here is a summary of the top 10 key points from this podcast interview transcript:

1. *The central nervous system plays a prominent role in regulating sexual function.*
2. *Sexual dysfunction is a common problem, affecting both men and women.*
3. *There are many factors that can contribute to sexual dysfunction, including medical conditions, medications, and psychological issues.*
4. *It is important to see a doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions if you are experiencing sexual dysfunction.*
5. *There are a variety of treatments available for sexual dysfunction, depending on the underlying cause.*
6. *Pelvic floor exercises can be helpful for both men and women with sexual dysfunction.*
7. *Communication with your partner is important for a healthy sexual relationship.*
8. *Masturbation is a normal and healthy part of sexuality.*
9. *Pornography can have both positive and negative effects on sexual function.*
10. *There is no such thing as a "normal" sex life.* Sexual expression is unique to each individual and couple.

Here are some ways to take action on the key points from Dr. Rena Malik's podcast interview to improve your sexual and urological health:

*1. Educate yourself about sexual function.* The more you know about how your body works, the better equipped you will be to identify and address any problems that you may be experiencing. There are many resources available online and in libraries that can teach you about sexual function.
*2. Talk to your doctor.* If you are experiencing any sexual problems, be sure to talk to your doctor. They can help you to rule out any underlying medical conditions and recommend appropriate treatment.
*3. Do pelvic floor exercises.* Pelvic floor exercises can help to strengthen the muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and uterus. This can be beneficial for both men and women with sexual dysfunction. There are many different types of pelvic floor exercises, so you can find a routine that works for you.
*4. Talk to your partner.* Communication is key to a healthy sexual relationship. If you are not satisfied with your sex life, talk to your partner about what you would like to change. Be open and honest with each other about your needs and desires.
*5. Masturbate regularly.* Masturbation is a healthy way to explore your sexuality and learn what you like and don't like. It can also help to reduce stress and improve your overall sexual function.
*6. Be mindful of your pornography use.* Pornography can be a fun and healthy way to explore your sexuality. However, it is important to be mindful of your use of pornography and to make sure that it is not having a negative impact on your life. If you find that you are spending too much time watching pornography or that it is interfering with your relationships, it may be helpful to cut back or stop using pornography altogether.
*7. Accept that there is no one "normal" sex life.* Sexual expression is unique to each individual and couple. What works for one couple may not work for another. The most important thing is to find what works for you and your partner.

If you are struggling to improve your sexual and urological health on your own, there are many resources available to help you. You can talk to your doctor, a therapist, or a sex therapist. There are also many support groups available for people with sexual dysfunction.

Really appreciated this episode and the normalcy and comfort you both brought around many topics that cause shame, particularly women's uro-vaginal health. I've had male gynocologists in the past that outright or passively shamed me for very common concerns and issues. Unfortunately, male gynos are more readily available for urgent appts or just getting in for an initial appt—clearly a reason for that—but I will never see a male obgyn again. This stuff is difficult enough to navigate without the added pyschological aspect, judgement, or shame.

Dr Rena is amazing! Been following her for some years now. On the comment of 30 year olds with erectile disfunction… I can confirm the comment about weak pelvic floor. I had porn addiction and didn’t do any exercise for many years while working long hours sitting down in a desk. Eat, sleep, and do exercise, you’ll be glad

Any people suffering from Lapeyronie non lethal disease (basically an unknown or various causes which affects male Penis, when some blood pockets responsible for penis to grow an erection, but those pockets for unclear reasons classified at some point of a men's life. After this calcification process starts ( depending on severity, location eras/ extension/ numbers of penis blood pokets which feels like small stones or cysts sub skin in the penis. Can be really be careful. Have basically no treatments until the usually 2-3 years classification is over and for most men ends up most of the time to Penis curve (up 45/80° curves). And pretty disastrous consequences: For males mental health, depression, true diminishing size of pre-disease penis. Low libido, self estime. Couple breaking up. No pleasure or pain for mens who are still able to achieve penetration with their partners despite the pain and curve. There is post disease various surgeries and technic to help patients (those surgeries are super difficult and requires specialist surgeons. It can end up with permanent lost of erections, orgasms, prostates and urination permanent damages.

I was coming here to see if some mens has some advice now in 2023 , some testimonials about one surgical (safer procedure than another). Or just new treatments, procedures that would come up since last time i checked on Reddit it was very depressing and doing surgery repair was a 50/50 and 💯 loosing Penis length and size in general 😢🙏

Thanks if anyone has news, testimonials or advices🙏✌️❤️
