Why do i remember this and yet not the name, even though the name is so obvious?

The gingerbread hobo is a real prince of a guy. He finds a sobbing girl, but instead of taking advantage of her, he comforts her and gives her a stunning makeover! And she, in turn, chooses him to be her king! The creativity in this film is astounding, the kind you don't see in cartoons these days. The colors are vivid, and it's overall just a really delightful little cartoon!
