Picture yourself dancing alongside me, whether you're nestled on your back porch, lounging in a lawn chair, sitting in your wheelchair, or even relaxing on your living room couch.

This heartwarming class holds a special place for those wonderful souls who join us from Assisted Living and Senior Care residences. To all of you, my cherished dancers, I extend my deepest affection and respect. I'm overjoyed to share the gift of movement, dance, and sheer happiness with each of you, as well as with the dedicated caregivers who provide unwavering support.
