On leaving home each day, it's unpredictable whether we will reach back safely, due to the idiots on road. The larger te vehicle, driving becomes more lame and dangerous. It's just not about overspeed, but bus drivers (KSRTC especially) is infamous in overtaking through wrong side mostly in corners. Some times my heart skip one or two beats I feel like.
Leaving India for some developed nation is the only solution

In karnataka govt buss have a speed lock of 2 to 3 types like
For long route busses 85 to 90
And driver and conductor they both are drivers and they shift as their timings
For short route busses there is a speed lock of 65 to 70 and they make 2 trips per day
