I feel like Gypsey's dad is a complete pushover. It's the only thing that explains how he allowed Gypsey's mother to do what she did to their daughter. And the facy that his current wife does what she wants to in regards of Ken, even when he asks her not to interfere.....tells me everything I need to know about him as a man. Ryan 100% gives off p*do vibes with how he treats Gypsy. He infantalizes and gaslights her so much it's crazy. And he treats her like property. I really wish she had left the marriage and took things slow and lived her life before running back to Ken and getting knocked up. Deedee was a drug addict for Gypsy's pain medications, that's why some of these procedures were done. Deedee put lidocaine in Gypsy's mouth, then convinced a doctor she was choking on her own saliva, so she had her salivary glands removed. This made her mouth constantly dry which rotted her teeth out. Her teeth were starting to get bad but rather than trying something to prevent decay, Deedee had all her teeth removed, again for more pain medication. Ryan looks and acts like her mom, that's the whole reason why Gypsy's family didn't like him. Gypsy is still a teenager mentally, she has a good excuse for why she's like that, Ryan doesn't, he's just creepy and pedo-y, him being a special ed teacher makes it worse.

Also, OF COURSE Ryan has stomach issues, that's what happens when you get a gastric bypass because you're 500+ pounds and rather than dealing with your issues surrounding food, you continue to eat candy and junk and stretch your stomach back out and start putting on more and more weight, like he has. It's still surprising to me that Deedee didn't get Gypsy's reproductive organs removed despite having her go through every other medical procedure under the sun. Did Deedee not think that Gypsy wouldn't be with anyone so any chance of pregnancy would be 0%? Or could Deedee be wanting Gypsy to have a child in the future so she can have another "sick" child to abuse? Especially if Deedee had killed Gypsy via accidentally beating her to death, a surgery going wrong or over-dosing on the medications. Like, why make money out of 1 "sick" kid when you have make money out of 2?

Grace we all have to remember that Gypsy didn't have a Childhood!
