this is my type of recipe.. and so nice to see jamie never changing despite aging, makes me feel old watchin him get charming little wrinkles around his eyes hahaha! but still hopping around all excited about food.

I'm not gonna say I had that exact recipe but I tasted potatoes baked under meat like that and they were very far from "the best potatoes in my life". The onions are pretty good though, but they too can be bad if they boil more than they bake.

Made it and enjoyed it today. I chucked some mushrooms in there just to experiment. Fantastic recipe the sauce really compliments the pork and veggies ...burst of flavour . Great recipe for sure
