Your video is so clear and informative. And thank you for sourcing products that are available in Canada.
ОтветитьNice overview...I am looking at these bulbs. In 2023 the soltech bulb is twice the price of the large GE. 100 vs 50 currently CAD. I bought the feit light but returned it because you have to turn it on manually...does not work with a timer...which is kind of odd for a grow light imo. Was bummed because it is so nice looking.
ОтветитьThanks for this. I'm building a half wall of plants, 8' long. Not sure why manufacturers in general have a hard time with warm tones in their LED offerings.
Ответитьsadly the soltech is almost double the price when im checking now lol 60$ CAD GE vs 118$ SOltech
ОтветитьThank you. This video helped a lot.
Ответитьand I thank you
ОтветитьI'm totally new to the world of grow lights. I've read that full spectrum lights can have harmful UV radiation. Is that true? Also, can timers be purchased / attached separately to these lights?
ОтветитьFinally!!! Someone just gives it to us straight out! Thank you so much!!!
Ответить🤌
ОтветитьHay, I have my plants on a fixed window shelf, that gets a lot of shade from the tree, and I would like to put up a grow light for my plants for the winter. My shelf is directly by the fixed house radiator, and also I have candles and other ornaments on that shelf. My question is, will be okay to add an uv ir led grow light facing this shelf with radiator right next to it, wiht candles and other things on it ? Thank you in advance
ОтветитьCool review!
ОтветитьU look high lol
ОтветитьA thousand THANK YOU for this video! You’re the only one I’ve found that actually shows the lamps, colours and intensity instead of just talking about them. You explain clearly and your reviews are very pertinent. Keep it up! 🙏❤️
ОтветитьHi, do you still have the discount on Soltech? Thanks
ОтветитьNew subscriber here. Your explanation of the growth lights is excellent. Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьGreat useful information
ОтветитьThis was so helpful, thank you.
ОтветитьThis was such a great video! I wish I had seen this before I bought my (too blue) lights. Oh well, better late than never. Now I know what to get next time.
ОтветитьAlso this information it’s so wrong, in the page of GE they give you the instructions, you shouldn’t put those lights that near. They are designed to be from 2 feet and up of distance, depending on how big it’s your plant.
ОтветитьSo… it’s your favorite because you are going to get a cut? GIRL PLEASE 🙄
ОтветитьI got GE BR30 grow bulb and putting it a hanging lamp. Put some plastic bins to prop up propagation plastic box with sprogram in it with peperomia cuttings. The propagation box will be about 1’ below light. Will that be ok?
ОтветитьI had seen the soul tech grow lights but I just didn’t know they were so expensive I hated to do it but thank you so much for this video I just placed an order for my very first bulb
ОтветитьCan i turn the grow light on during the night time?
ОтветитьMan, do you know how many videos I had to go through to find this? 😭
Ответить💚
ОтветитьDoes wattage matter? For example, full spectrum 3,000/9 watts—-is that good enough?
ОтветитьI have a GE in my living room & I like it. But I was looking at the Vita for my bedroom. What's your thoughts of the light points upwards towards the ceiling?
ОтветитьLol $67 for a light 💡 😂 there is nothing $20 Canadian mis information ℹ️
ОтветитьHi! Love your channel. I've been trying to find a comment you made, which was that you could grow clarenervium in the home without super levels of humidity. Is this true/could you elaborate? I would love to do this.
ОтветитьMiss your videos so much! Fell in love with your channel 🥰 So cool that your content is about what to do with my indoor jungle. Next level. Hope you're doing okay.
ОтветитьMiss your content 🥺
Hope all is well!
So I guess your comment about "you can't put a growbulb into a ceiling fixture, the rays won't reach the plants" kinda assuages my fear of my growbulbs giving me skin cancer or something just from being inside my house with the lamps on? That's the biggest concern stopping me from buying a ton of these.
ОтветитьThank you so much for the video! I can't stand the super cool, bright white lights. It's nice to see the comparisons
ОтветитьAmazing video! My son loves plants. You're the reason he's alive
ОтветитьI had no idea you could use grow lights in this way! So sneaky!
ОтветитьThis was the video on grow lights I wanted! Thank you!
ОтветитьNo Soltech? ( I just saw GE, Vita andFeit)
ОтветитьVery nice tips, I will try more grow light in my place, good for house plants right👍💕
ОтветитьThis was so helpful to me. Very timely, I have been researching grow lights but so want a more "home" type light. Thank you.
ОтветитьThanks for the info on grow lights. Finally starting to make sense. Would love to see your lamp set ups. And plants growing under them. How much do they add to the power bill?
ОтветитьVery informational video. I wish I had the budget to get some Soltech lights for my plants.
For those looking for something less expensive, Sansi also has a full-spectrum bulb that's 3000 Kelvin. My bird of paradise survived the winter in a dark corner with it, and even pushed out a new leaf. I did have mirrors around the plant, though, to help amplify the light from the one bulb.
sven is like broooo 🙈🙈🙈im sleeping! 😂😂
ОтветитьThanks for this video, I'm using grow bulbs in lamps as well. Do you have any recommendations for the 'non-discreet' kind? I currently have a GE Flowering & Fruits bulb in a lamp dedicated to my jasmine sambac and other plants in my bedroom but it's so bright it's annoying and I would love to replace with lighting that is that classic purple-y light and a little more relaxing, yet enough to keep the flowering and other plants happy. Any recommendations would be great! 😄
ОтветитьI love my vita light, man I wish that soltech would set up a canadian site.
ОтветитьThank you kindly for your research ☺️👏🏾.
ОтветитьNew subscriber here, love your channel. ❤️ Thank you for sharing about the Vita light! I’m going to try one. I also have the small ikea fabrikor full of African violets using full spectrum led light strips. I can’t seem to get them to rebloom even though they look healthy. After hearing you talk about needing a different grow light for flowering I’m thinking I need to add red or blue light on them too? Any suggestions on what I could get?
ОтветитьI have been wanting more information on grow lights. I too want warm lighting so this has been very helpful! 🙏🏼 How many hours should a grow light be on? I would like to use them on darker areas of the house. Thanks for the awesome videos! 🥰
