YES, it is an excuse -- this will be my 3rd winter of running (only started running 3 years ago, LOL ), the first winter I ran 3 times a week, never missed a week , last winter, I only ran 1 time a month, but concentrated on strength training, and was only 20 seconds slower on my 3 mile runs this spring (only 5.4 MPH runs) - I'm 56 now, I have gathered the clothing for winter running, I'm going to try "running outside all winter again" - videos like yours "inspire me" , thank you and have an awesomeness day
