Randy. Loved the training. I'm having so much fun creating these with along with you and learning SOOOOOO much. Thank you for sharing. I was wondering, on this Debt Manager. When I change the principal amount paid, how do I get the payment "Total" to update? As some are apt to want to change the amount of principle paid on any given month. The table updates with the new principal amount but the "Total" does not change. This then throws off the total paid amounts. Head over to do the appointment schedule training next. Thanks again.

Awesome training!! Can you add a feature to handle variable rate loans so that the interest calculation change whenever the rate change. Interest rate reset may take place either monthly, quarterly or annually. It may even be odd periods such as after 3 years. It would be complete if you can add principal and interest moratorium as well as lumpsum and bullet payments

Thank you. If you allow. How to model a formula that gives the total accrued interest between two dates. For example between June 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022. Excel formulas focus only on anniversary dates and not an accounting concern. I tried to make a formula with ispmt , but honestly couldn't. thank you
