This is absolutely correct! So, just take into consideration:
1) Never ever use Euronet ATMs.
2) Search the net and grab a multi-currency debit card, which allows you to create a local currency account for a very low fee, and then have strictly 0.00% markups in that local currency.

Dude - Avoid saying “Czech Account” . It sounds like you are saying “Checking Account” incorrectly and confuses the whole explanation.

Instead say - A local bank account in the Czech Republic”

Showing 740 Euro as the lowest choice is.. BEYOND FUCKED UP. I bet the merchants also charge 100 times more for products to the foreigners. Czech are full of scammers

Not Only Euronet does propose conversion. Ceska Sporitelna, Unicredit or CSOB does too.
