ОтветитьI work out within an hour of waking up, so that’s impossible for me to accomplish (getting ready for the day within the first hour of waking up). I’m usually showered and ready for my day within 2-2 1/2 hours of waking up depending on the length of my workout that morning.

ОтветитьJust started watching your 6 week series, can’t wait to see the next vlog!! Hearing about your goals inspires and motivates me for mine😊 I find that if I give myself too many goals though, I end up finding them daunting and give up before I even try🙈 So I stick to easy/simple goals that I know I can accomplish. I don’t have Facebook to join your FB group but here are my goals🤓:
1. faith— worship+pray before bed Sun-Thurs nights (I get the best sleep when I do this, highly recommend😌)
2. sleep— be in bed by 11:30pm
3. water— drink 6 glasses of water daily
4. nutrition— plan + grocery shop + meal prep for at least 2-3 days
5. exercise— 1hr of cardio + 1.5hrs of yoga per week
6. full skin care routine 1-2x a week

ОтветитьHey there. Your vid just came up on my feed and I'm loving all the suggestions. One thing though, when you walk your dog that should be all you do, mindful walking. Look at how your dog is enjoying being with you and out and about. Look at the world around you! You're using that time to cross things like talking to your parents off your list and not looking at how wonderful the sky is and the changes in seasons etc <3

ОтветитьThis is all so true! When I’m on my routine waking up early, journaling, praying, working out, being organized, reading. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!! I feel calm, focused, not anxious and becoming the person I dreamed of. Best feeling in the world when your at peace with yourself. 😊😊🧡

I’ve started watching them with pen and paper because I find that I make a lot of notes on books you’re reading, products you use, just so many things you mention that I’d like to know more about and research. I wanted to ask if you usually note what clothing brand you are wearing in your videos? We have the same aesthetic and your clothes always look very clean and cozy, which is what I look for as well.

ОтветитьLoved your video... Some of the things you have listed are part of my list too... My issue is... Not being able to stick to them... I will do these things for 3-4 days, then they will start dropping... And am back to square one... Then i start all over again, stick with them for next few days, and again drop them... 😊 Wonder whether you stuck to your list for 6 weeks!!!
