A video on the parking policies in Japan would be interesting. Are there many underground parking lots that make it possible to have fewer cars parked on the street? 👀
Ответитьso insightful! and not the usual travel video. thumbs up! thanks for sharing this video. :)

ОтветитьIm from Minnesota but live in Mississippi, so seeing this reminds me of home in some weird way
ОтветитьI live in Japan and it definitely doesnt snow in Tokyo nor southern of that.
ОтветитьI will be studying abroad in Hirosaki for a full year, so I will make sure to watch your 3 part series on Aomori very carefully! I'm super excited, and as someone who gets 0 snow in California (unless I drive 5 hours north to find it), I am excited to be able to walk to school and coffee shops and restaurants in the snow with friends I make. It will be a brand new experience, and an experience of a lifetime that's for sure! I really appreciate all your videos and your channel!
ОтветитьDamn, just applied to a job here. NVM lol
ОтветитьI've spent a lot of time in Aomori City and made videos about it. The piles of snow are crazy. The first time I went, I thought there were hills everywhere. I didn't realize it was just piles and piles of snow.
ОтветитьI used to live in Misawa AB in the 80s and went to Amori for the cherry blossom festival
ОтветитьWhy does his sister in law comes with him and not his wife. Tbh I don’t think I ever seen his wife.
ОтветитьI lived in Aomori for a while and used to drive a bobcat in the winter to clear snow. I also used to drive from Tsugaru to Aomori City after work and at night, those wind fences don't do a single thing to help visibility 🤣. There is also a distinct lack of road lighting, which makes the deep of winter extremely slow to drive in.
ОтветитьAs someone from Tokyo, this is definitely something I'll likely visit this February. It looks fun.
ОтветитьThey should install heated pipes along the sidewalk to melt the snow banks
ОтветитьThis video answered so many questions I didn’t know I had! Lol. The dumping the snow in the ocean is so smart.
ОтветитьI grew up in Ontario, Canada and lived about 600km from the Manitoba border. We'd normally get 10-15ft of snow annually and thought my region had it bad! I'll never complain about Canadian winters ever again. Hahah.
ОтветитьThis was so interesting!
ОтветитьMy family and I went to Aomori in late December 2019. Being from the Philippines, I've always been fascinated by snow. We went to Sapporo the year before, and there were 4 out of the 10 days we spent in Sapporo where it didn't snow. The year after, we wanted daily snow and weren't disappointed in Aomori. It snowed every day of the 4 days we spent there. We missed going up Hakkoda because -- you guessed it -- it was snowing so much. The best thing about Aomori is that it isn't so cold and rarely windy. What a beautiful, small city. Would love to go back.
ОтветитьSO EXCITING :D We are heading here next after Sapporo
Cant wait!
