The hotel is nice but definitely needs some more dining options especially on weekdays. The Steakhouse is closed Monday and Tuesday as well as the food court. They have another food court called Breeze that only had 1 hot dog restaurant that was open later in the evening the other spots were closed after regular daily business hours. They have no 24/7 eatery. Tap closes at 11pm.
