Looks wasteful, the little pigs get in with the feed?
ОтветитьGreat idea thanks glenn
ОтветитьCountry boys can survive!
ОтветитьWonderful!!!! Thx
ОтветитьI sure do love the practical uses for stuff I have around the farm. I can't afford to buy expensive feeders and I have a bunch of these drums.
ОтветитьHow's the pig feeder holding up? I take it you are several batches of pigs now lol
ОтветитьJust got this old baby pig feeder video this is very cute and useful but boy are those little guys curious love them chasing The rake and then them getting inside the pig feeder soon they'll be too big to do that
Ответитьthank u
ОтветитьThat's not how you feed baby pigs!!
ОтветитьI just knew that the little piggies would go inside. How funny! They'll soon be big enough that they won't be able to fit their whole bodies in the opening. Please update us on the success of your design as they grow up.
ОтветитьWasteful./stupid.
ОтветитьGreat design! How did it hold up when they got 200+ pounds? :)
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьCould you do an update on this pig feeder and let us know how well it’s doing over the years and if you made any modifications?
Ответить💕💕💕
ОтветитьBrilliant. And you made it look so pigin easy. Nice job
ОтветитьThat is so funny! Great idea and video folks.
ОтветитьThis feeder would be good for creep feeding piglets that are being weaned but still housed with their mother they could get the food but not the mother pig
ОтветитьThat's a nice feeder. It started out as a little piggy playhouse. Take another one of those barrels and make a piggy autowaterer. Thank you for the video.
ОтветитьWhat!! Did y'all train them, since their daring escape. Lol.. I thought I heard a bark or growl.. Lol..
ОтветитьNice build. If you found problems with birds etc getting in you could hinge the cut out pieces so they have to push it open to feed.
ОтветитьI was laughing with you Wanda. They are hilarious. I love that you can fill their food bin without even stepping in the pen. Good job.
ОтветитьLittle pigs are so funny!!
Ответитьfree entertainment ,PRICELESS
ОтветитьEnjoyed the video
ОтветитьI got hubby to watch this one with me and we are both cracking up watching those little pigs go all the way in the feeder and scurrying out. We are wondering if this type of feeder would work for adult pigs though? Our adult pigs are a smaller breed called Idaho pasture pigs (IPP). We currently have 3, and are having to supplement their feed because apparently the pasture(s) we have them rotating in wasn't enough, because they look small or not very heavy even for their breed. We can't see their ribs so not that bad, but they root and this breed was created to not root, but they have ever since the first day we got them. Anyway, we are looking for a cheaper solution to a stable feeder that they don't knock around and doesn't hold water. Thanks!!
ОтветитьWhat a great idea!!!!
ОтветитьHey Danny, can you give me an update on this pig feeder design please? I wanted to see how it was working out after 6 months use? Would you do any modifications? Is it holding up? Can bigger pigs / hogs get to the feed easily? Did the separation help with the fighting when they are eating?
I am needing to update my feeder and wanted to see.
Also I feed slop and wanted to see if you did as well and if you poured it down the tube where you pour the feed.
Thanks in advance from Chile. Jim
they gona eat dat and tear dat to peace
ОтветитьAny advice on where to get the materials at best quality/prices?
I see the drums at walmart and i dont know about the glue
How much feed can you put in there
ОтветитьHey just found y'all thru Amanda at the fundamental home... She loves you
ОтветитьWhat a hoot!!! This was too funny. Enjoyed your building it, but love the pigs reaction.
ОтветитьI've been raising duroc pigs for 3 years now how's that pig feeder working for you
ОтветитьThat is a good idea and it looks like you did a great job putting it together. I really appreciate your attention to detail. Where do you get your silicone substitute (big box store or order)?
ОтветитьLOL too cute
ОтветитьThat was fun...
ОтветитьYou put a lot of thought into that. I like the water-proof aspect of it.
ОтветитьThat is an awesome build and they are adorable!!
ОтветитьTheir so cute and funny. Janice
ОтветитьDanny, you are as handy as a pocket on a shirt !!! Y'all have a blessed day. Margaret
ОтветитьNow that's slicker that a greased pig, Nice job Danny!
ОтветитьI could watch those pigs for hours!
Such clowns! Lol!
there so cute that is funny watching them going in and out of the new feeder they get use to it
ОтветитьI'll be honest; looks really good, but, well, you'll see soon enough. It's fun to get the tools out, but you'll be back at the drawing board pretty soon. Look forward to a reply in a couple of months.... and please do. Make sure you have a lasso.
ОтветитьGreat idea for a feeder, Danny. For my chickens, I use plastic, 2 liter, soda pop bottles to make feeders. Us country folk use what we have or can get cheaply. Blessings to you and Wanda.
Ответитьloved this! I was laughing with Wanda :-) Great idea & finished product, Danny.
ОтветитьDanny, Love the feeder. I may have to make on of those. My guess is the piglets will use it to live in.
Ответитьgreat idea for this feeder i would like to make a couple for my pigs , thanks so much for this idea .
ОтветитьFirst, LOVE THIS! So clever! Second, I knew at least one would try to climb in there, but what I didn't know was what happened next. OMGosh! Hysterical how they would freak out and coming barreling out! Great video!
