Have I made a mistake ? Story : She reached out twice, with a "are u okay" type of message and second one with a "how are you?" I replied to both casually. I (31f) broke up reluctantly with my distance love (24m) of 8 months in may. It ended up being me trying to initiate a date and him feeling pressured to make things work with the distance and becoming more and more withdrawn. Or just answer that I'm happy about his kind audio but feel unexpectedly struck and will come back to his message another time, offering to him to contact me whenever he is near my city? Or should I just try to accept that he's in love with a man now and I won't ever have a chance with him again? I love him so much and I never told him how much it hurt to have to break up.

my ex knows she wont loose me ever, and she is actually correct. no matter how long i stay in no contact, she knows i will never move on and i dont have the ability to be with someone else ever. period. so, even though i am in no contact, but honestly theres no incentive for her to worry about loosing me or anything. i am in no contact because i dont have any other choice. theres nothing else to do. So i guess i am waiting for ever. :(

Love all these videos but I’m sitting here wondering why this has to be a Jedi mind trick it’s kind of embarrassing we even want them back are we respecting ourselves here? I mean really respecting ourselves?!

Mine broke up with me then came back 2 days later and texted and called and asked if I was willing to talk more, I talked to him and he apologized about his part and asked if I was open to seeing him and when I said yes then he kinda started reverting back to being silent and about a week after that came to my place and broke it off again. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
He threw away our relationship of 2 years just like that. A week before the fight he was printing pics of me and us and pasting them on his fridge and mirror and home office. I’m so hurt I don’t know if u can even be with him again after this but at the same time, I feel we had such a beautiful love and bond. I don’t know what to think any more.

I have been watching your videos religiously for the past week. My husband and I have been off and on, back and forth for the past 6 months. Now we live hundreds of miles apart. We both love each other so much. There has been a lot of hurt but I am confident we can still come back from this and grow old together. I refuse to give up hope. He’s the only one for me. Grade A immaturity and stupidity. Those people deserve loneliness and should stay by themselves. Life is so short,who the hell has time for game playing. You either want a relationship with the person or you don't. This is why I understand when many people commit murder because the constant mind manipulation, wasting people's time and using them for sex, company and opportunity will make many judge give a killer leniency. Of you are a full grown adult it's important to act like one and behave like one,but people think they can play mind games and everyone will just walk away after giving them time,love, attention, care, money, just accept rejection, boom it's over and they should just get over it.
