This soundtrack just proves that it is often the songs without words that speak the loudest to us.

My favorite part of this movie is of how they show the alternate ending, if they had both chosen different options and how things would have turned out so differently.

The scene where they part at the lighthouse is the most important shot in this film ironically due to saying everything by saying nothing. It sets the audience up for the final scene that finally broke us all: the home movie footage of both main characters together achieving their dreams while building a life together instead of choosing differently. That dream life together wasn't impossible and was in fact easily attainable via genuinely healthy, selflessly patient self-awareness......but it never came to pass, save for their love briefly meeting together and departing forever like two ships passing in the night.

Once the home movie footage is over and we see Mia watching Sebastian try not to leave the nostalgic part of the song before the final ending, it forever changes us all in the audience because we ALL hang onto nostalgic memories each for our own personal reasons.

I avoided this movie for so long... Now I will never heal from it.

everytime i listen to this song my heart breaks and i want to bawl my eyes out all over again. i think this may just be one of the most beautiful songs ive ever heard in my life. the emotion it conveys and how it tells the story of mia and sebastian through music, i just dont think there will ever be a song that measures up to the beauty of this masterpiece ❤️. I think it has legitimately altered my brain chemistry.

When I can’t bear anymore the meaningless of life I start to listen this music

As a man I don't watch romantic movies regularly but this movie is my favorite one in this genre because it depicts love as it is. Real, Not perfect, A journey, harmful and absolutely worth it.

Sup guys I’m kinda late people recommended this movie a long time ago but I never watched it cuz I thought it would be too corny but I realized that this movie is a masterpiece. And I’m truly happy that I was able to enjoy this movie without spoilers. But the ending got me sad to my core. I loved it but hated it at the same time. A roller coaster of emotions.
