One of the biggest fundamental flaws and commone errors that I saw you still have that will help improve your forehand is utilizing your left hand to its full advantage. Currently you are just sticking close to your chest for almost everything and its hurting your forehand and back hand stability a lot. Notice Vivians use of her left hand she is using to stabilize her backhand and forehand attacks. Instead of keeping it close to her chest she is using it to help her balance and bring out more power. If you look at CNT they also use the left hand for this purpose they will keep it out and infront of them to stabilize then swing it back to help get more torque on their forehands. It will massively increase your consistency and recovering when you implement the correct use of your left hand as it has a crucial purpose even tho its your free hand.

ОтветитьGood stuff. I noticed when you got into backhand to backhand rallies, Vivian dominated (looks like it's a big part of her game), but when you went for it with your forehand topspin to her forehand, you usually won the point. Keep working on that - you're getting there.

ОтветитьOn your third ball attacks, you tend to drive / bounce upwards (sometimes you get off your feet), try to drive your body weight forward into the ball instead. Your power will go up.
