so many people saying it's disrespectful to call your parents by your first name......not for everyone?? just because you and your parents find it disrespectful does not mean others and their parents will. i've seen places where you have to call your parents by your surnames yet in my country we call our teachers by their first name or a nickname. literally get over yourselves, calling parents by their first name is literally THE least harmful "disrespectful" thing someone can do.
