turkey has a problem with the currency, what used to sell for 200 is now 400 because the currency dropped, you cant ask to buy for 100 or 200 because they doesn't even cost the importing fees and shipping etc... most of them r probably not scamming u but the ones who r wanting a lot of money more than 400 r scamming. you're lowballing too much, 70 is dirt cheap
