so i think the reason those ectysteroids have such lower dosages than advertised on the labels is actually bc they lack evidence of safe use, so they are afraid to be liable for negative side effects stemming from actually putting an active dose, this a supplement that does nothing but doesnt hurt people is more desirable. its probably purposeful tanking of the quality rather than a quality control issue. ofc this is speculation but i think it makes sense in the case of them being actually bioactive hormones that could have real deleterious side effects on peoples health.

So many companies nowadays that all have a lot of products on offer but more and more people like Jeff are starting to open my eyes that all we ever really needed was progressive overload in the gym, good diet prioritizing protein, and a mere handful of proven supplements to cover deficiencies.

I started on BCAA and i wasn’t expecting performance boost but I had significant recovery improvement without improvement in my sleep or change in diet.

the fact that fat burners actually helped me, and i could see difference in heartbeat etc.
Makes me doubt the BCAA's info in this vid aswell. Starting to test them just currently(3 days ago)

You’ve mentioned vegetarian and vegan protein has lower quality in several videos without evidence. I don’t believe this is accurate any longer and would encourage a refreshed literature review. tribullus is crap and never worked for me even in 3x recommended dosage and trying different brands but MACA and Ginseng was the ones that I really felt when I was on it and when I was off it, I recommend everyone to eat 2-3 eggs per day and after few days you will feel more horny and will have more energy associated with test boost, if you looking for stronger feeling go on gear and BCAA was working for me making my muscle fuller but takes few days to feel it it's like your pump last for longer

Beta alaine IS good as an acid buffer. When youre SORE take beta alaine....ive been a nurse for 10 years, i was a fighter, take 3000 mg when youre sore it WILL ENHANCE REVOVERY

While studies may be a starting point to effectiveness. You should also take into account Big Pharma likely interfering with studies and their results. You may have to search the other data bases such as Japan, Norway or Switzerland for example. Unfortunately history has repeatedly shown that you can’t believe everything you read, certainly not in the U.S., all they care about here is making obscene profits at our expense.

Jeff, i deal with this all of the time. I have a degree in Nutrition Science and what ive found, people are almost programmed to look for the answer in a pill. Instead of understanding consistancy is the most important thing to making gains.

Oh, interesting. The only additional supplement I take for my health beyond protein is a Men's One A Day daily vitamin. I'm just lifting as an at home hobby though. Should I be looking into more effective means? I'm just trying to stay relatively healthy and capable while giving my nervous energy something productive to do. Cheers

300mg of testosterone was too high for me and got me over 2800ng/dl so it doesn’t impact everyone the same. I couldn’t imagine what 600mg a week would do to my levels.

people don't need supplements PERIOD. Just eat meat, eggs, butter , salt and water. there is every vitamin and nutrients in these foods. if you want to eat healthy why would you put all that processed crap in your body . And if your worried about gaining muscle just eat more. I'm 50 years old 210 lbs. 5'7" 14% body fat. have no problem gaining muscle and never get sore. All that crap is a waste of money. spend your money on a good ribeye.

On the topic of fat burners, I’ve seen 19 year old kids making reels about taking 2,4-Dinitrophenol. Please, NO ONE take 2,4-DNP. It works by essentially breaking your mitochondrial electron transport chain, which is how your body produces the majority of all ATP. As a result your body goes into overdrive oxidising fats to produce an amount of ATP that will keep you alive. But if you overdo it a little you can die and nothing anyone can do will save you.
