My winrate has gone down considerably in the turtle as every player just fires gold at you automatically now.....and its still no ts5 of bz176 or borat or elc 90

Agree with your video but not with your title. Bz176 is still the best tier 8 premium tank. Your showed stats dont lie. And the bz176 is a lot more played, so please nerf that tank first!

they better bring the WT E-100 back as a tech tree tank or as a non-premium collectible if WG gonna make them prem tanks beyond OP

In my games it usually around 75% of gold fired at me, if not higher. So in that paricular case more like 12-15 gold rounds fired.
Combined with near OP tank and poor enemy team it's the perfect storm.

Who could possibly have expected this. Taking an already strong performer and buffing it to the moon made it overpowered.

I noticed something you said during your Hyperion video that intrigued me. The MM matched up teams with similar skill levels. Doesn't that let the cat out of the bag? For years, we have been asking for more fair MM and doesn't that prove that they can do it? You understand the game far better than I, and I would love to see a video where you talked through what it would look like if WG instituted the skill based MM in the Random queue.

If you're a speed freak like me go for a WZ-120-1G FT, You'll enjoy the game far more than you would with a Turtle. And you can go against any tier if you use the vehicle to its strength, Like changing positions rapidly according to progress in overall battle.
Also no tank in the game can flank it because it's traverse speed is insane.

then I got the turtle 1 in an exclusive deal which my friend couldnt see for himself
not sure how that works
so I got the turtle 1 and my friend is very jealous

Frampton. You are the only one crying about the Turtle. It's amazing when you get to the right position and are supported. There are at least 5 more premiums that are waaaay more broken and worse for the game. Borrasque is probably the worst actually, even more than the bz imo. It is a better light than any T8-9, and most T10s.

be cynical.. of course they buffed it for cash...US server numbers this time last year 26K-28K down by an avenge of 10,000 at peek times to 15K-16K online on weekends. WG cash income dying off....

The Turtle was on sale when they announced the buff.

You can get Turtle 1 as a weekly offer in the in-game store for gold and money. The offer rotates every Monday. So technically anyone can buy it given enough time.

I'll say one thing they better not touch my Turtle. Did they fuck up? Probably. I still see their other fuck ups running around so correct them then we can start a conversation about this one.

The reason Turtle got buffed was because WG realized they gave a bunch away in St. Patrick's Day boxes and very few played them. Honestly thanks to general opinion I wasn't too thrilled with getting mine until I played a few rounds, then my opinion shifted drastically.

havnt played WoT in around 8 years cuz it's pay to win, but still enjoy watching QB's videos tho

The problem is not really Wargaming, it's mostly the (toxic) players. If people didn't only play/buy op broken premium tanks and not ask for a refund when they nerf them Wargaming wouldn't have gone down this way. In the end the toxic players are just as greedy or more for op stats as Wargaming is for money.

It already was strong before. I had the same win ratio with the Turtle as my TS-5 at 58%, but I definitely had to use bond turbo. And I am an average player from SA on NA server with 160-180 latency. The main improvements I've ever thought I needed were to shell velocity and penetration. The shell velocity going from 792(!) with AP to 1050 (991 to 1200 for APCR), and pen. going from 224 to 240 (253 to 270 for APCR) works and feels so much better. So, all of the buffs are, personally, very welcome. But if WG were to nerf the Turtle and keep only the shell related ones I'd still be happy.

WG has been doing this for so long with not only prem tanks but also tech tree ones as well, going as back as E5 buff, than Maus, STB, Leopard etc, every time that WG thinks a tank is not being played enough, which means that only a few players grind it, which means less free exp conversion and less money for WG, they buff it to oblivion, intently in my opinion, to push people into griding it and make them reach for their pockets, than nerf it if its doing to good like what they did with, E5, Maus and V4 and other tanks, ,

Now WG does it to prem tank who don't sell well, make them better, sell them in bundles and loot boxes, and special events like black market etc, making lots of cash out of it, not caring if this continuous endless power creep snowball is gonna destroy the game at some time. which is already the case with tanks like the tier BZ prem tank,

Tier 7-10 is entirely dominated by premiums with tier 8 being the most egregious example of tech tree tanks getting fucked in the ear with a spoon. Example would be that in tier 8 the first tech tree tank to appear on the list is the VK 4502 A...at position #55, the other 54 are ALL fucking premiums. There are statistical anomalies and then there is blatant imbalance. You have to be blind, deaf or a fucking shill not to realize how fucked it really is.
