I am in the Pennsylvania region and to be honest with you Charleroi should be glad Haitians are repopulating the town. The small towns throughout America are ghost towns basically. I wrote the Whitehouse over 5 years ago that the ghost towns needed to be saved and that immigrants should be utilized to repopulate these towns. Cairo, Illinois and other towns need to be repopulated. There are thousands of cities and towns being sold throughout America. There is room from immigrants as a huge percentage of cities and towns throughout America are nearly vacant. The government needs classes to teach them how in integrate into American culture. They don't know what the laws and rules are in America. They don't even know the holidays. All they know is they are in America to work. Churches and missionary groups received billions yearly from the federal government for trips to Haiti stating the country was the poorest in the world. So, know the Haitians are on American soil...so where are the churches that received billions throughout the years from the federal government coming to help the Haitians.
