It is true g80 is better processor than Snapdragon 662 I have used Samsung F22 with g80 and redmi 9 power with 662 And F22 was Much smoother than 9 power it also depends upon ui but i see g80 was faster than 662

Watching this on a snapdragon 665.
Mediatek has heating issues so Qualcomm wins in long term performance. Also mediatek has some code that detects a benchmark running and goes into an extreme performance state and heats even more. That is why the benchmarks were higher but are about equal in app launching tests. That's cheating! So Qualcomm wins!

Edit: my phone with 665 doesn't heat very much at all, even when benchmarking. It only gets hot when playing Genshin Impact on max graphics, which it is surprisingly playable, but temp is over 70°C in cpu-z after playing!

Helio g80 even can beat snapdragon 680 in terms of performance.

Friend, i have a Xiaomi Redmi 9 4Gb RAM with G80 processor and when i want to play a 5.7k video on my Insta360 camera don't work, even i download clip on smartphone, same situation. I have Redmi Note 5 3Gb RAM AI with Snapdragon 636 and works, not smoothly, but works, in both above situation, i need to do something to settings especially? Thanks!
