Answering Some Tough Questions... Why I Don't Have Kids

I know this was your choice to share with us your hard journey and your grief, but please never feel obligated to share this very private information. This is for you and your husband. I also want to say, you have every right to ask your viewers to please not ask this question. I don't think enough people realize how trying the question of children is. I'm sure they don't mean any harm, but they are unaware that it causes you stress and for that reason they shouldn't be asking. Bottom line, it's not their business. I pray for you both.

I just came across this. I'm so sorry that you have had to go through this. I can never understand how so many people can pop out babies and mistreat then, and good people try so hard to have a family and it just doesn't happen. God has a plan. Someday you will know what His plan is.

First off its no ones business why you don't have kids.. I hate that question I get asked as well some times while out playing online games.. Anyway I can't have kids as well it really does hurt really bad to discuss and your so brave for speaking out! ❤❤❤❤

Thank you Jenna & Dale for sharing this. I rarely leave comments for any of the utubers I watch. I know this was hard and you had my eyes filling with tears for you. I have always felt the same way, wanting to be a mom. My husband has a child shows 1 when we got back together after 5 years apart. Therefore I knew the problem of having a child was not his. I had a test done where they shoot some sort of fluid in “there” & it felt like I was on fire. I had emergency surgery the next day. It turned out that I endometriosis so bad my dr said I should have been in extreme pain considering all my organs were fusing together & I was probably about 6 months away from my bowels fusing, all that crap backing up into my system & death! So, I cannot have kids & it was probably just good luck that I had that test done. We have been happily married for 32 years, and have plenty of nieces & nephews that we can keep as long as we want & then give back to their parents. Best arrangement ever! By the way, my step daughter has 10 kids & I have a sister who has adopted 6 kids into adulthood. Just keep doing what your doing! Be you! Have you watched Soul? The right one just hasn’t been born yet.

I commend you for sharing your story🌺🧡. I've gone through pregnancy issues( multiple miscarriages then hysterectomy due to fibroids) Yes , for me it was and is by the grace of GOD that i am able to put one foot in front of the other to make it through each day.

Funny this old post popped up…God bless you and sharing because sadly you are not alone in this pain. We have a similar story and I too have found peace in God, family, and Disney 🙏❤️😁 The pain never goes away but I have found happiness in other ways and I continue to heal . It helps hearing others stories❤️

I'm another infertility warrior. I understand what you're referring to when you say 'expensive and not paid for'. I do want to throw this out there if you are considering it..... there are some jobs that you could do part time that would cover this. My previous hospital covered it. It is super rare to get it covered but it is covered sometimes. I totally respect that you don't want to do that anymore, but throwing it out there in case. I know how painful it is to deal with mourning a baby you never had. So sorry, i hate it for anyone that goes through it.

I 100% love this we have watched you guys for a while now but this just popped up on my time-line. We know 100% how you feel my wife has pcos so we have had a few well you know. We struggled and we decided fostered. That's what led to us adopting our son. I know it's hard putting yourself out there thank you!

I cried with you throughout this video. Thank you so much for sharing your story I know how hard it was for you to share this. I find it so insensitive and rude that people ask others who don’t have kids why they don’t they have them. We’re in the 21st century you don’t need to be married and have kids by the age of 30. It’s so insensitive to ask those questions others just because they’re being nosy. I hate that you’re going through this I wish I can give you a gigantic hug 😢❤

Appreciate you guys sharing. Don't stress about not sharing enough cause you don't want to have burnout. Perfectly OK to keep some stuff to yourself. People are too noisey sometimes. And it is funny how you think of us as friends because we actually think of you all as friends. And I would probably go crazy if it wasn't for you guys, along with a few other people on utube, because I am a big Disney fan who is stuck here in NC. Have you thought about maybe fostering. Florida has alot of need in that area. I am originally from FL and have had several friends that have fostered.

Have you considered a) foreign adoption and b) Catholic Charities...

Don't be sorry Jenna. Tears can be very cleansing for the heart and soul. Deal with your losses in your own way. I know your pain, except God did bless me with one child. OMG you guys.... My Heart is Broken for you both! Tasha Loves you so much Jenna, and I love having a Disney little Sister so much! I know your hearts and believe God has some plan for your life. It may be very different than we think it will be, but HE know best! So sorry for all of your heartache! Late to the party, but I do want to add that people are so freaking rude asking those questions. Why do they always assume that A) Everyone wants kids. B) Everyone is physically and/or financially privileged to have them. I’m so sorry things haven’t worked out the way you’d wanted.

Know that you matter, and that we are so grateful for your talents and your time as the Disney sister so many of us need in our lives. ResortTV1 has been such a source of joy, comfort, and hope during a cruddy last few years for all of us.

🫂 We just have fur babies too. We just had to trust that if it were in God’s plan, we would have kids, but it wasn’t. I’ve heard several people who are having success getting pregnant with a keto diet, which we have been doing for our general health for a few years now, but at age 58 we’re past trying to get pregnant. I will be praying for you and Dale, that God will bless you in many ways. You have certainly blessed us with your channels. 💙

Hey Jenna! Thank you for being open and honest. ❤️ this is 100% hard. As an adoptee, the one drop of advice is if you do adopt is to be open and honest to your child. They will ask and talk about it but that doesn’t mean they don’t love you any less. ❤️ 🤗

Big fan of ResortTV1, this just showed up in my feed today, no idea why. I can 1000% relate and can't really comprehend the courage you had to speak about everything. We have dealt with many of the same struggles and it is hard to watch and not be able to help. Just sending prayers that you have found some peace.

I’ve been following ResortTV1 for a while now, just now seeing this video. I just wanted you to know I am thinking of you. I have gone through a 2 1/2 year struggle with my oldest daughter battling eating disorder. I have watched the streams to deal with the stress. I just started following you guys. I went on the same journey. Feeling all the same feelings. Looking back I’m glad we did it but I’m also glad we weren’t successful. It still hurts sometimes but now we get to be kids ourselves 😂. I have 5 nephews aged 28, 13, 10, 5, and 4. I get to experience all the fun of the boys and then give them back at the end of the day.
