i would love to join a team but i never even hit global jet. And my schedule is random :(

i dont know if you disabled your microphone in the ingame recordings but communication ist more important than anything else in teamplay. call who you killed, where you go, what you are holding, tell your reads and listen for sound queues and tell them to your team aswell. AND COMMUNICATE IN RETAKES. dont do your own play and try to win rounds like on faceit, where you need to carry. if a teammate says "HAIX GO BACK" like 5 times, DO IT. no matter what, just do it. if the opponents on inferno were a bit better, they kill you, with a bit of luck get the awp and have a huge chance on winning the round. go back and let your teammates help you.

Just saying its not a pro team if ur sponsored.. ur playing in a pro team if u get paid from the organisation and sponsors and can live out of it. Which i doubt u do cause its only like top 15 teams in the different countries that get paid and live out of it
