Out of interest cuz just i discovered your channel, do you define washing your hair as washing it with shampoo and conditioner and the hair mask, or including just rinsing it with water?

I’m keen on making use of tips to keep my hair healthy. As of this writing I haven’t washed my hair with anything OR run it under the shower for a few days and my hair gets greasy and oily and with my hair being pretty short bed hair sticks up without washing it through or rinsing it.

What are the shampoo and hair mask brands you use?

I wash , shampoo , conditioner my hair and blow dry it every day . Been doing it since last 10 year and still one of the healthiest and good looking hair among all my friends. And also do mustard oil massage every day.

What do you do when you use paste or gel in your hair?

A piece of advise you should use deep conditioner prior to you regular conditioner as the conditioner form a protective barrier on your hair, so your deep conditioner won't be absorbed by your hair.

it takes the volume out because you drench it in conditioner and hair mask.. “oils stripped out by the shampoo and conditioner” ? conditioner doesn’t strip oils, and shampoo is SUPPOSED to strip them, it’s a good thing. also putting conditioner and a hair mask on your scalp causes hair loss.

I don’t understand how people do this. My hair does look better if I don’t wash it for a while, but it feels so dirty to go to sleep after I’ve worked out or had a long day, and take a shower yet still feel my hair being dirty
