i did a ritual to release all which no longer served me earlier. i found this meditation and decided to do it and realized after that i was holding a LOT of tension in my stomach. it was even hard for me to release it because it was such an automatic response to suck in my stomach. i realized that my stomach was where i was holding emotional tension and fear of not being worthy or lovable due to my body and that this was manifesting in physical tension in the stomach which caused chronic lower back pain. the universe gave me what i needed to release! thank you so much for this. now i can be more cognizant of this every day and work to release these fears. much love

Thank you for your amazing guided meditations. I truly love them, your voice and energy is very soothing.
Nevertheless I noticed a lot of background noice in this video and unfortunately it threw me off sometimes. I wish I could fully let myself go and concentrate on you.
I'm a music producer and in case this is something you consider, I can highly suggest you to get the audio plug-in called "Voice De-noise" from iZotope.
It is a great tool to fix clipping, hums, clicks, and unwanted background noise.
