Should You Payoff Your Mortgage? | How to Pay Down Your Mortgage

A question that I get a lot is: Should I try to payoff my mortgage early? The answer is not as simple as the question. In the video I list 5 things to consider before making that decision and why. If you can answer those 5 with certainty and you feel comfortable with those, then I would say you can move on to the planning and execution of a plan to payoff your mortgage.

In the 2nd part of the video I list the 3 most common and easiest ways to payoff your mortgage quicker. One is to simply refinance your home loan from a 30 year mortgage to a 15 year mortgage. Or refinance into a lower rate.
