Keep betting vs Fish with your AJ, and then fish shows tou pocket fives on the river. Every situation in poker is individual, you are looking for tells, you know something about your players ranges, but this video is not about online poker on GG. Like it is nerver going to be te best strategy there.
Maybe if you are playing cash games, because it is this video all about. But really are your biggest dream to play cash games thousand of hours.
I am so sorry about your poor lives.
Lets talk about Omaha.
Some of your tips are just going to trash.
Great video! These strategies are solid fundamentals that every poker player should know. Understanding hand rankings, position, and the importance of patience can really improve your game. Also, knowing when to fold is crucial—sometimes the best move is to walk away from a bad hand.
For beginners, mastering these basics is key to building a strong foundation in poker. Keep practicing, and remember, poker is as much about strategy as it is about reading your opponents.
I wish there is a year of the Fish so I can play the whole year 😅.
ОтветитьGood video here but I have a question. On tip 3 with AJ in the pocket and flopped J, 8, 7 ..... on the turn a 6 drops ...... this is what I call "a Pocket Straight Warning" .... I am not understanding the big push on the River because whether the opponents(s) left in the hand are good or bad players, with a pocket Straight on the board I always worry about the opponent being able to make the Straight from the 2 cards in his pocket and in this scenario I would be betting on a pair of Jacks to get me over the finish line. Same with Pocket Flushes. I fully admit I am no pro thus why I am asking why we push hard on the River with the possibility of the Pocket Straight staring back at us?
(for those reading this and not up to speed on Poker stuff, I call any board showing 3 of a suit a Pocket Flush Warning meaning the flush can be completed with the two cards in the players pocket (the 2 face down cards each player has is the pocket). Same with a Pocket Straight Warning - 3 cards are on the board that form a sequence thus making it possible to complete the Straight using the 2 pocket cards the player has. Some will say the odds are low that this will happen but I have seen this happen all the time on a regular basis for both Straights and Flushes especially online poker. So I am geniunely curious as to what I am missing that maybe the Pro Player can give me some insight about this.
Thanks! I always get confused by the poker lingo (;
ОтветитьGood content
ОтветитьMy strategy is to go all in every Han ON the blind
Ответитьfunny
ОтветитьI was down to $95 in a $500 limit. Last hand for me, win or lose.
I'm dealt 4 2 off. I go all in. 3 callers. Flop comes 4 2 2. Full house. They each raised. Turn and river are bricks. I win the hand and broke even. They were PISSED that I went all in with 4 2 off. Point here is I am allowed to play whatever fucking cards I want. They weren't forced to call OR raise each other. Lesson learned for them.
Former Fish here. Appreciate the advice, I am going to graduate to a beginner now.
ОтветитьThanks for the awesome tips! 😎😎
Ответитьthinking about trying to play poker watched vids but this is just like most it goes too fast when youve no idea please slow it down
ОтветитьSounds like some of the players in my poker league
ОтветитьI am so happy that you address the fishes that would just call anything. It's almost like usual poker strategy doesn't work against them. I am a noob myself, so I started learning about pre-flop betting strategies. I was supposed to either fold or bet heavily pre-flop, so that other players would fold. But then I ended up at a table where people would just limp and call anything pre-flop, literally thinking that folding pre-flop makes no sense. And if there are 6 players at the table, one of them will always hit more on the flop then me and then I regretted betting pre-flop ;__;
ОтветитьWhich channel is best for online poker gamer wanna be?
ОтветитьSolid advice.
ОтветитьJust lost me 20 dollars worst video ever👎🏻👎🏻
Ответитьyou would be surprised how many people will call min bets down to the end just to find out that you got the high card ace.
Ответитьgonna try this on monopoly poker
Ответитьcould someone explain limping a little further, i still dont understand.
ОтветитьPoker "experts": Some guys don't follow the "rules" that will allow me to beat them! How dare they!
ОтветитьThis is a great video, I agree with all points.
ОтветитьWould you fold if you have an a7 opened ended. Fish or no fish?
ОтветитьNot to diss but follow this video at your peril. Once you can not count cards, poker becomes luck for a beginner don’t waste your chips
ОтветитьNow I know I'm a fish (never heard that before). I go to the casino with $200 to play poker and chit chat with the table. If I see the table is super deep 800-900, I'll just leave. I'm not going to have fun, guys are going to be betting $40 before the flop on a 1-3 game.
It is good to have a better understanding of how to play poker and play a hand appropriately. But I'm just here to have a good time, I'm not worried about the money. But it's nice to win something every now and then. Thanks for the information.
Lost 5$ yeaterday at a home table👍
Ответитьliterlay watching this while in a tournament used your advice on ace-queen and won the hand some fish keep raising me i was scared but stayed true like you said ty.
ОтветитьJackoff suit lol
ОтветитьWhats T stand for?
Ответить5. Don't force it. Learn to fold
4. Abuse the button position.
3. Stop Go strategy
2. Punish the limpers. Play 7xBB
1. Three streets of value vs fish
Guys I think I’m a fish
Ответитьi get pocket aces i always fold. a strait beats it.
ОтветитьI always fold on the button🐟
ОтветитьHad this happen with the fish I gotta get better at my post flop game.
ОтветитьPreviously you’ve talked about not slow rolling feel like this kind’ve contradicts that?
ОтветитьThanks for the awesome tips! Preflop is everything in this game
ОтветитьGood tips, but the tip on raising preflop from the button begs the question....How much do you defend to a 3 bet from the blinds?
These are inevitable, considering most players know the button is opening wider, so when to defend your raise seems a super important part of this "tip".
I always laugh about the idea that to make money playing poker you need to play against and take advantage of bad players. It’s true of course i just find it hilarious lol
ОтветитьI TRULY APPRECIATE this!!! Learned a lot and 4, 2 and 1 are very helpful for me!!!! THANKS!
ОтветитьI keep putting my e-mail in to get your cheat sheet but don't get the confirmation e-mail
ОтветитьTomorrow's my birthday, playing my first tournament of the year. Im gonna use your strategies. Ill let you know how i do
ОтветитьUsed a strategy of playing about 30% of my hands ... very picky and had success. I played against 2 fish and limper who would fold on any bet post flop....hard to attack his pot...had to grind it down ...but stayed patient
ОтветитьNathan says that it’s the “BAWtem line” to raise many hands on the button preflop. 🤗
ОтветитьBeginners: STOP WATCHING THIS VIDEO IMMEADIATELY! I still need a bunch of your money to upgrade my ride!
ОтветитьExcellent video. Thanks!
ОтветитьIs there any online sites that people play on in Idaho. I dont get down to Nevada to the cassinos that often and i havent been able to find any good online sites available.
ОтветитьI've been playing for decades and still watch beginner videos lol
