This was more effective than the guided meditations I've listened to for years. Thank you. I've been dealing with a nasty stress headache for months that I couldn't get rid of and your video helped me. Taken Bynadryl, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, none of it helped. :'( Thanks. Seriously saved me a trip to the ER. :D They wouldn't see me anyway and probably just brush it off and send me home. :( You know how that works. :(
