ОтветитьOk so im going to do this+the le sserafim abs workout for a week also as someone who has barely ever worked out :)
Before weight:
•waist-67cm
•thighs-57cm
•Arms-27cm
Le sserafim d1-honestly the le sserafim workout killed me especially the burpees I hope this is a bit easier but le sserafim is mainly stomach soo..
This workout-D1:Felt a bit dizzy standing up my knees kinda hurt but barely and i could defo feel the burn :)
D1:✅
Le sserafim d2:it was pretty exhausting still but slightly easier I did wake up with a sore stomach but I didn't mind it too much as I did a few stretches I did it quite late at night again lol
This workout:my legs were a bit sore to start with but got more smoother I still see no changed but again ppl have diffrent body's so I'll keep doing this and keep yall updated
D2:✅
Le sserafim d3: it was definitely alot easier than the first 2 days but im only seeing tiny results 🤔 I didn't mention this but I did change the burpees on day 2 from 25x4 to 10x10 it was just easier to get through the burpees
This workout D3:my legs were starting to ache a bit doing the excel but i noticed my inner thighs arent rlly going away and its rlly annoying me so ig that means no actual difference but ig I just wait till 7 days r over 🤷♀️

Le sserafim d4:ok so im actually gonna say it the burpees were pretty easy I think my breathing need to be something to focus on I think the hardest part of the exercise was the crutches idk my stomach didn't like doing them today 🤷♀️ everything was alot easier tho and I was looking if I could see any results there r actually some results it's just very small and it defo curved my body
