For the price of 40 im happy with it, I still prefer EHT but I dont understand givjng up a limb for one like some do.

they can be found easily in Brazil now! as a country with only a few whiskey options in general, I feel this is a great addition to our whiskey lovers! my bottle just arrived and here we are sipping while watching those reviews!

In Washington, the liquor store is Wal mart . So it's very difficult to get real high end booze. One of my favorite flavors is butterscotch so if you have something with that type of profile I would be interested

It's certainly the best value bourbon here in the UK. I can get it whenever I want at my local supermarket for £30. As a comparison, Russell's Reserve 10 is £70, and extremely hard to find. We don't have a great selection of bourbon here, unfortunately.

Can we please do this in 107 proof? We can get this but its around 70 in Denver. Hopefully we can get it closer to retail going forward.

I just bought a 1.75 liter bottle of Eagle Rare that’s 59.62 ounces for $90.00 ! They had a 750 ml for $75. It was a no brainer. A bit hard to pour but wow delicious

Never was impressed by ER

I always get notes of cake frosting from it. Like that cheap, pillsbury whipped frosting stuff that you eat with a spoon at 2am in your boxers when the family is asleep. I think that's what they call the "candied almonds" in the website description.

Eagle 🦅 Rare was so shockingly good. I had the bottle for a while before trying and OMG this was instantly my new favorite. Are there any other bourbons you would recommend if you love Eagle Rare?

I use to drink a lot of I W HARPER back in the late 60s through the early70s. I never see it in K Y any longer. I don’t know what happened to that bourbon. But I really miss it. If any one out there knows what happened to this whiskey, I would love to know. Find out for me BREWZLE.

Eagle is starting to drop on a consistent basis in the Dallas area. It goes fast but is usually available for a couple hours. I totally agree with the scoring of it. Right between BT and Blanton’s.

Eagle Rare is one of my least favorite pours, but I admit I'm not an expert. I can find it super easy here in Atlanta.

I found that it got better after being open for a few weeks. I definitely got that grape flavor. I like it better than blanton's.

What does store pick mean?

Eagle Rare is great, I grab it for 35-40. A store down the road sells it for 90$ but they are stupid, so there.

I have worked in the beer industry, the wine industry and am getting into bourbon/ spirits for the first time, have done a small amount of distilling 2 times in my life but never got into it. I am now getting into bourbon and trying to build up a bourbon collection.

I remember the bottle didn’t have an age statement and it was not a big deal to find in like 2011. It was just an average bottle because it had no hype lol

It’s okay but it’s only good at 30-37 and of you can find it. I did a blind taste with benchmark single barrel, Buffalo trace, and this, and it turns out on ice eagle rare was the best, but straight up. The single barrel benchmark was the best for 20 bucks.

But why is it Brewzle if it's not beer 🤔

Eagle Rare is no longer single barrel(ish) it was moved to the same bottling line as Buffalo Trace/EHT etc. and is now just bottled as batched like the other Buffalo Trace products.

My dad always finds Eagle Rare easily when he’s in Georgia at local liquor store. Some how, the guy gets a ton in. I am that guy that reads the notes on the bottle especially when I bought the Redemption Sir Lee. They got my wine side with the Sir Lee bourbon.
