江西 is not the spiciest province in China.
Ответитьi am an African who is working in pingxiang
the food is good
You are so cute! My husband is an American l! He always told me he never got the very spicy food at Asian restaurants! 😮
You are too hard for him. In China, it is a problem to order food for others.
You did find it. The hottest food in China is not Chongqing and Chengdu.
That‘s where i came from and now I am in shanghai missing my hometown tooooo much.THANKS so much for your video light up my day😢
I tend to find Jiangxi food is generally more spicy than Hunan food.
I try not to drink water when eating very spicy food, because it helps to spread the spicyness. Usually either drink cold milk or nothing helps with spicy tolerance :)
the boy reminds me of our manny pacquiao in philippines , he looks like young version of manny pacquiao
Ответитьwhy r u so slim? You seem eat a lot, but U R in great shape. That makes me envy
The spicy videos are the best.😂
I've learned here in the US, just a couple of sentences of Mandarin will get you a proper plate of spicy Chinese food. 😊❤
I just watched one of your earlier videos; "My first trip to Shunde didn’t quite go as planned…". I was impressed. This is the second of your videos I have watched and I am now beyond impressed! One more and I'm going to be in love! You are amazing! I have not known any white woman who can inhale spicy food like you! Not only are you a lovely lady but, you like spicy food AND speak fluent Chinese. (Mandarin I believe?) I know some basic Japanese, Thai and some Korean but, my ability with Chinese is about two words above zero! LOL
I would love to visit China and enjoy the many spicy dishes that have made the cuisine infamous. I want to find a dish so spicy I cannot eat it! I cook a lot and I can't even make such a dish in my own kitchen! ARRRGH!!!
I am wondering if you are still in China or have you finally had to leave because of the tensions between that country and the rest of the world. I wish that people would stop with the saber rattling and settle down so all of us could get along. I don't see that happening any time soon which is a real shame.
Anyway, maybe some day in a more sane time, perhaps I can get to China and if so, maybe we can see if you can you can exceed my spice tolerance level. Does that sound like a challenge you could accept? If not in China, then maybe someplace else. Thailand is also good for really spicy food, too. We will just have to see what the future holds. Meanwhile, I guess I have no choice but to subscribe to your channel.
love ur top pretty jiejie
Xue Ya has always been one of my favorites. Although I always prefer to eat it when it is cooled. The spiciness is less in your face and you can enjoy the whole flavor better
I would like to hear you say three different animals are on the dish. Those must be so exciting when you have a friend in the toilet tonight. HAHAHA
My mandarin is worst than horrible, so I am wondering what the locals think of yours ?
Liked and subbed 😊

I'm from Pingxiang and live in US now, thanks for video! Good to know all these old restaurants still exist, missing home a lot! Hv to say, all these places you picked are truly authentic:)
Jiangsu/Hunnan food can't be spicier than Sichuan food (?).
Ответитьyou're a brave girl mate!
You want spicy, you should get advice from the Food Ranger guy!!!
It is imperative for Chinese restaurants not to serve foreigners food with tiny bones. Chinese people have way superior skills when comes to eating proteins with tiny bones in them, chopped poultry or fish alike.
Ответитьeither works, 宵夜or夜宵, in cantonese it is 宵夜 tho
I can't stand dishes with tiny bones haha.... Looks yum though.
Ответитьthank you for visiting my hometown! hope you had a great time!
Thanks for being so brave eating those frickin’ hot foods. Lol 😆
You really got a Chinese stomach
I can’t handle sichuan dishes i dont think I can handle this one either
They look delicious by watching the way how you eat them . I just have one question, how do you eat all these food by yourself? Soo much 😅😂😂😂
I usually don't drink water after having spicy food.
Ответитьyou are so brave to try those dishes 😂 they look delicious but I wouldn’t try them
I declared that I couldn’t eat spicy food.🥵After I returning from Pinxiang.
Amy, when you come back to Beijing, I highly recommend trying out The Taco Bar (Andingmen location). They serve delicious food with an awesome variety of hot sauces!
Ответить🌸Beautiful place, like eating around the traditional China architecture💖China is huge~multi-culture every city has its style…imagine so many awesome foods you can experience. Never boring;))I like little spices 🌶…
Nice✨
Thanks for sharing🫧
I am always concerned about how you coup with the burning sensation in the morning.
Hello Blondie, is there any way you may do some video material to address how China supports people with food allergies, and what approaches there are?! and developing, please.
Please come to visit GUI Zhou
