What's the high pitched sound? 

The constant drone, if that's what you mean by a 'high--pitched tone' is a didgeridoo played by someone using 'circular breathing', which I've nearly strangled myself trying to achieve many times! I know HOW to do it, still can't do it though.  Grrr!  I think everything else is panpipe and synths
