ОтветитьHello, this looks great, I just have one question - I have scoliosis in my lower back and my back hurt a lot after sanding more than an hour. I think the pain is caused by that. Is this stretching going to hlep me with that?

ОтветитьI hate this exercise sm and I will say it the worst thing to ever do I regret it now cuz when I start doing it my muscle even becoming more manly and muscly and now am getting pain in my arm I wish I didn’t do it

Day 1-✔️ (I think it's been months since i stretched my back, I needed that so much)
Day 2- I did another back stretch of hers, the 8 minute long version, felt good
Day 3- stretched in the morning, now ready to face a long day with confidence
Okay I stopped doing this idk why. I will start again soon cause my back hurtsss
I don’t like the music.. it’s too sad.. 😢 maybe if you found something relaxing rather than this sad 😔

ОтветитьWhile I was doing this my boyfriend came into the room concerned because of the music. He said the music sounded like one of those scenes where someone is thinking about unaliving themselves. He walked in and was like “you good?” I didn’t mean to scare him like that. 😅
